The nicest & most attentive staff of any hotel we've ever stayed at. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the breakfast has just the right options, the pool is very well maintained, the meet & greet offers snacks & a couple of drinks when you're ready to unwind, the shuttle service is an added bonus & the drivers are super nice... I could go on. But I'll finish by saying that Pear Tree Inn is well managed & well staffed by really good people.

very clean, the front desk staff was awesome and helpful. The rooms were nice, beds comfy, they have a buffet breakfast, shuttle was convenient and they offered to take us places if needed within a certain distance. would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Staff super friendly and always willing to help. Hotel/room is always clean, free hot breakfast, free simple cocktail reception, free parking and is city centered.

The NOISE!!! Front rooms are super close to freeway. We asked to be moved to another room not to close to freeway which was less noisy. They happily did and had a better restful night. Thank you!

very convenient location to the airport. the hotel shuttle bus is a nice bonus. the beds are comfortable and provided with a very good breakfast.

BREAKFAST: MARIA greeted everyone with a smile. Maria has excellent people skills,as you need them, to make sure the guest will come back to the Pear Tree Inn San Antonio Airport. Maria did go out of her way my first morning at the hotel. With the time dif. for me, breakfast had just ended. Without asking she went and made me a pancake I was very grateful as she was doing this with kindness. You hardly find employees as good and caring as this lady. ROOM & BED: Better than the pictures online, large 1 bedroom with a super nice comfortable king size bed.

The shower and toilet room it too small -- The door is too close to the bathroom toilet-- I Almost get hurt several times when opening the shower and using the toilet. Enter the hotel from the main street is NOT easy I have to drive around to get enter from the main street's busy traffic -- If there is access from another hotel, that would be best.

Convenience of location to airport.

Carpet was dirty/dusty in corners and under AC unit. Bathroom was a bit small.
