First impressions very clean front desk lady was very nice room seemed clean

When we left we we’re parked outside of our room could see the cleaning the cleaning ladies through the window. I watched as they didn’t even change the sheets to the bed all they did was make the bed all over again! I could not believe it and now I wonder if they did the same thing prior to us staying there! I was disgusted, how could they not change the sheets especially during this pandemic and the extra precautions that have to be taken! And why would they even have a safety sticker on the door to certify it has been disinfected when in fact it has not but I guess for the 100 dollars I paid for the room I got what I paid for. Honestly my husband and I did the dirty that night I don’t know why anyone would want to sleep On all that after

Time to get the cook hired and open up the little dinning area for Bkfast. Many places and other Hilton Properties Restaurants are open for businesses as before. Way past time for your Home2 Stay Hilton in San Antonio to open for business.

Great location, pet friendly a comfortable setting in the lobby.

The breakfast was kind of blah, very busy, had to wait to get a plate and to get food. The orange juice was out often and not replenished, instead they left it, so people kept trying to get it an just left a mess of cups with water. not a consistent amount of food put out in a timely matter.

Super spacious and clean. Very functional for a family in vacation. Loved the kitchenette and dining table. Most of the front desk folks were super helpful and friendly.

Husband forgot his keycard when he went out at 5am to clean out the car. When he was on his way back in, he was stopped by the front desk and asked if he had a key (first time in a week any of us in the room were asked for proof we were staying there). Unfortunately I had my phone on vibrate and our baby's white noise machine drowned out the calls from the front desk, so he was stuck in the lobby until 7:30am because I had booked in my name and couldn't be reached. He tried showing his ID which showed our same last name and address. He even asked for an escort to the room to try knocking. I was never given an option or opportunity to add another name to the reservation. Or maybe I didn't know that was a thing. Just had us leave on a sour note.

The location was perfect for our needs. Checkin/check out was super easy. Everything seemed clean and sanitized appropriately. The room was comfortable and spacious.

The only downsides were the free breakfast was a little lacking, especially the first day. Which is fine, it just seems it shouldn’t say breakfast is included when it isn’t a very substantial breakfast. The second is there was only a shower, no tub. I didn’t request a tub as I didn’t think there wouldn’t be one, but it would have been nice for my 7 year old. Again, not the end of the world, just wish I’d known ahead of time to ask for one if they have them at all.

Comfortable, spacious room and kitchen. Because of pandemic the breakfast area was closed, but they made an effort to provide prepackaged breakfasts. Not the same quality as normally, but we appreciated the efforts.

Not receiving an answer upon our request to check-in at 14:00 instead of 15:00. Lack of flexibility. No willingness to check us in earlier, while rooms were available.

I really enjoyed the pet-friendly environment of Home 2 Suites. The ability to bring our babies with us when we travel is a super bonus that can't be beat. I also loved the location, accessible to everything I needed to get to--be it the museum, dinner, friends, and family. I loved the kitchenette feature, which allowed us to buy groceries and save some money not eating out. The staff was amazing, Victoria for one. I felt like I was staying with family rather than strangers. The outside seating area was nice as well, and the pool area was nice, though it rained during the times we would have utilized it more. And I have to stress again how great the customer service was. Clean rooms, extra blankets, extra pillows, even helping us carry out our bags when the luggage cart was in use. I would definitely stay here again and again!

The only thing I disliked, and I think it was more of a COVID issue rather than the hotel, was that the breakfasts were premade, not allowing the opportunity to sit and eat in the lobby area. I can also say I'd have loved to have somewhere to eat in our room, rather than sitting on the bed. We tried to have company and ended up having to post up wherever we could to eat our dinner. With guests who are kids, that makes it hard. But overall, this place was amazing, and even without these slight changes, I'd recommend and stay here again and again!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the location ideally close to North Star Mall. Also, the room had a medium size refridgerator, microwave, dishwasher, in fact a functioning mini kitchenette which was a surprise.

Pool is not open 24/7 but that's a minute detail

The room was clean and had decent size microwave, fridge; dish washer was stocked with clean plates, bowls, and utensils. Overall good stay and staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast wasn't the greatest. But, server was very helpful and kind. Also, the bathroom needed more towels, considering we were a family of 4.

Cleanliness and location excellent. King bed comfortable yet sofa bed was fair. Staff sent up linens for sofa bed promptly. Breakfast bar was nice.

Our room had pillows but no linens for the sofa bed. Our keys worked only 24 hours, and had to be recoded for our second nights stay.
