Breakfast was great but I would like to have seen disposable gloves for each guest to use (for handling spoons and tongs). Saturday morning they run out of forks and napkins. It was at least 6 minutes before the lady re-stocked.

Room and atmosphere was very good. However, the queen double beds where not that comfortable (too hard). One of the sheets on the bed was old and matted. In my opinion those needed to be thrown away.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There was a crowd at the breakfast area. Chose to go get breakfast. Good assortment of restaurants near the hotel. Hotel was great and the desk staff was great. A/C worked great. Had no issues. Just spent one night.

It was on the service road to Interstate 35. Was noisy outside the building. Could barely hear the traffic noise inside though.

Breakfast was good. The staff kept it well stocked. The staff was very considerate and friendly.

Earlier times for the pool. I like to swim before breakfast. It wasn't open until 10 am.

Breakfast for fair and location was good.

The pool filter seemed like it was not run and could have been cleaned more often.

Mike Bhakta, the general manager, and his staff (Audrea and Lauraley) were amazing! Since another family was using the cart for their pieces of baggage, Mr. Bhakta took my baggage to my hotel room, how kind is that! When I needed additional clean face towels and toilet paper, his receptionists (Audrea and Lauraley) took good care of me. Also, they prepared breakfast which was plentiful and delicious. Temple, Texas is my home town and I travel there often to visit family members. This Best Western Hotel will be my go-to place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Although I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, I wish the bed was less firm and a little softer!

This location had a very good breakfast. There was sausages, eggs, muffins, yogurt and waffles. Good coffee too. Our bed was comfortable and room very clean. Location close to highway and the venue was helpful also.

Everything was to our liking. Thank you for a good stay at your hotel We will definitely stay again when we are in Temple, TX>

Just a stopover from a lengthy drive to San Antonio.

The hotel was feet from on on/off pit stop like access to the Interstate. Very busy and loud interstate. Our room was at the very end of the hotel nearest the interstate. The 24/7 noise was horrendous. Felt like the traffic was feet away from the window.

Location and friendliness of the staff. Hotel was clean and comfortable. The owner was there working with the staff, he was very nice.

called me and said they couldn’t hold my room any longer but yet charged my card… I made a reservation and was comin from a flight I can’t help the flight was delayed and we still had to drive two hours to get to the hotel…. it shouldn’t matter wat time I check in as long as I check in

This has been our second home for a long distance relationship. The staff knows us and we are always happy to meet up at your hotel.
