Very friendly staff and excellent new management. Rooms are nice, pool is clean, management is awesome. I haven't had a single issue but I'm sure if I did they would fix it within minutes.. Highly recommend.

I like everything about my experience

Very clean. Location excellent. Everything worked except the 2 USB charging ports. Clean and comfortable.. I appreciated that in my 6 day stay they only cleaned and replaced towels every other day. Save the earth and resources and all. I was able to wash and dry clothes.

There was a sign posted saying due to COVID breakfast was not offered. This was NOT reflected anywhere in the booking, website, or checkin process. Everything stated free breakfast available. This was very disappointing to me. The 2 USB ports in the outlet under the TV didn't work. They were physically broken. Not a big deal for me. The toilet rocked back and forth. A bolt was loose on one side. Again, not a big deal. But no breakfast was crappy. I didn't plan on spending $$ on breakfast those 5 days, but I had to,

Hotel staff was nice and I loved that the air conditioner blew really cold air.

I booked for 87 and they put us on bottom because disabled and cost 104 other than that it was great

The room felt spacious because it was not overwhelmed with furniture and "stuff". The beds were double or queen, just the right size for one to two people to spread out and rest comfortably. That means there was room for a small microwave and refrigerator for the weary traveler. The door to the bathroom did not open inward causing one to have to stand in the tub to close it before using the refresher. Very nice feature. Traveling in a group means one must shut the door. Even a coffee pot and a few coffee pods for our evening or morning coffee. All at a very affordable rate. No it wasn't an "expensive hotel" as one of my rude guests noted, but it had hot running water, electricity, heat, and a place to rest comfortably after a week of heck frozen over. Management was very personable and even has his own sweet pet on premises waiting to greet guests with the wag of his tail and hello sniff of the nose. This is a pet friendly facility which is very important to me as a caretaker of too many pets. The charge per pet was posted which we very helpful to know for future reference. If traveling with pets give property management a quick call to verify daily rate per pet so you are not "surprised" by unexpected added charges on your trip. A new Travel Center truck stop just opened next door and they have a nice deli where you can grab some very tasty hot food and great service as well. If you want a nice sit down dinner Texas Roadhouse is just a block away. So you will not go hungry if you stay here. I Would definitely stay here again if we lose power/water or move away and return to visit friends.

I am a bit picky about some things and the non-smoking room hasn't been refreshed so smokers of past have left their scent in the outdated carpet and walls. I also don't care for mold on my supposed to be clean shower curtain. I had it in my head the curtains are fabric so probably removed and cleaned after each guest. Maybe not. Again the water was hot and the room heated so I cannot be overly sensitive about the curtain. I never let the nasty things touch me anyway. (at home too)

Grwat staff we had major weather issues when i was there the staff was understanding and help out the guests they went as far as have someone come to the hotel to help us get our car pulled out due to the lot freezing over and the made sure that we had drinking water and didnot charge for it isn't my first stay there I've stayed there multiple times in the last few months and will continue to stay there.

This is the third hotel I’ve stayed at in temple and I’ve found my go to place. Great location, quick and helpful staff, nice pool, room has mini fridge and microwave, shower got really hot.
