Hands down the best shower we've seen in a long time in any hotel. My husband is very tall and the shower head was well above his head. Plus they had hooks on the wall to hang towels, robes etc on! It's such a simple thing and so rarely we see that. The beds were wonderful. The place everywhere, rooms and public areas were spotless. The breakfast was very generous even though the fare was pretty much standard waffles, rubber omelletes etc. They had oatmeal allready cooked and biscuits and gravy which is unusual in the north. The attendant was present at all times and continually checking the stock and checking in with guests.

I wasn't exactly uncomfortable in the area, but it's in kind of a run down, hard to get to location. We are not from Texas, and the highly unusual exit/entrance ramp, turn arounds and access road situation is very confusing.

The room was clean and no smells/scents. The bed linens were crisp & clean. The bed was made nice and tight. Lots of pillows and towels. Lots of electrical outlets. The water was nice and hot. There was no hall light seen around the room door when the lights were off, nice and dark in the room. Bring a nightlight if you are afraid of the dark. Coffee provided was good.

The water pressure was very low. I like a firm shower. There was a nice Water Pic showerhead, but the water pressure wasn't strong enough to utilize the massage function. Bed is very firm. I like a little softness, so it was too firm for me. No room safe.

Staff is always sooo nice here. Wonderful customer service from every shift. Convenient location.

Walls are a bit thin, you can hear neighbors conversations Definitely needs an upgrade but I think they’re doing renovations. Can’t wait to see what the outcome is going to be!

Would have preferred a politically neutral station to be on the TV during breakfast. Like CBS, NBC or ABC. Consider FOX a propaganda outlet (that was the station on the screen), and also view MSNBC or CNN as biased in their own way.

The staff was very welcoming and super friendly. The hotel was very clean and attended to! Plenty of free parking. We missed the free breakfast but IHOP within walking distance. Would stay here again!

The all staff were helpful, very kind and would ask how everything is or did I need anything. security in the parking lot especially for late arrivals. It really made me feel more secure coming in late.

There really isn't anything I can think of right off hand.

it was difficult to get to the Hotel. Signage needed to be better. we missed the unmarked entrance the first Tim and because of Friday evening traffic, it took 20 minutes to get back

Staff was very friendly. The room and the bathroom were super clean!! Keep it up

I tried getting my receipt since i went there for work and i needed the recipt for proof and they could not give it to me because i did the reservation through a third party. The AC took forever to cool down.

The hotel was quite nice. Very clean and the room was very comfortable on this night. The bathroom had LOTS of fluffy towels and some nice toiletries. The TV worked really well and the staff were very friendly. The muffins and banana I had were good. As I had my own tea bags, I don't know if the dining room had tea.

The parking lot was dark which made me very uncomfortable. Fortunately I didn't have to go out to my car but once. It also had very limited space except a gravel parking lot which was even darker and generally used by industrial workers apparently. Large trucks etc. The room was supplied with coffee, but not tea bags. Fortunately I took my own as I never know what will be available. I stayed again on Mar 7-8. This time a customer was placed in a room above me who came VERY late and was VERY VERY noisy. Should be on separate review but PLEASE don't do this to other customers. I hardly slept at all.

Since I have autoimmune diseases, cleanliness is a must. This hotel was extremely clean from the front door to our room. Excellent hotel. Will stay at this location when in town again
