Tyrone, who was on the desk, went out of his way to be helpful. The beds were very comfortable. It was helpful to have 2 chairs in the room.

I would have loved a hot tub after driving for hours. The location is awkward to get into if coming from the east and after going to eat.

The location was secure and convenient off of the interstate. The parking lot was well lit and east to view from most of the rooms. The staff was polite, knowledgeable and graceful in their duties. The 50$ non refundable pet fee is completely reasonable and affordable. Will recommend this hotel to all travelers.

The fees for pets were not posted. In fact I was uncertain that the hotel would allow pets until I checked in. The only information I received regarding pets was from third party reviews.

Google maps had location wrong. Staff said they were unable to have it changed. Pet friendly fee for our 10lb dog was $50.00 for all pets plus tax I thought was excessive.

Decent room, fairly comfortable and staff addressed problems quickly.

Upcharge for pets was $50. That's pretty high. I get that some people ruin traveling with pets by letting their pets pee/poop in the room and those people suck. Now the rest of us who are responsible pet owners and take our pets outside for all their business have to pay high fees to be able to travel with our pets.

our room had no microwave, breakfast was tasteless, there were biscuits with tasteless gravy/sausage. bland instant eggs, no breakfast meat was offer, even the orange juice was gross.

We loved it, plus the bathroom actually had a vent- orher hotels dont use bathroom vents for some reason and looking for the same or better when we travel to California.

I was impressed with the cleanliness.

I missed the entrance on the first round and had to go way around the block to get back to it. You’re going pretty fast in a new area to catch that driveway.

I didn't get to eat breakfast but everything else was really great. The hotel is very clean pool is open and heated. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I told them I'm disabled the got the almost next door to the pool which I used slot. Asked for extra towels and was given. There's no smoking in the hotel and location is kind of hard to get to but google maps to me straight there just go with that.

I liked that the swimming pool was available and they are close to restaurants for food. And the staff was so friendly and helpful. The maids were very friendly and helpful the next morning also.

The room had quite a few imperfections and wasn’t totally clean. It looked like a room where they took salvaged furniture. There was mold around the tub.

The staff here were AweSoMe!!! We were greeted by Dee at the front counter. Dee made sure we had everything we needed and more!! ALL of the staff acknowledged us with a smile and asked how our stay was. We travel a lot and have stayed at several places over the years. I have never ever been treated as AweSome as we were treated here. Our room looked just like the picture. Our rooms were clean, Air conditioner worked, beds were comfy. The continental breakfast was hot, and had a variety of things to choose from. Would highly recommend Fairfield Inn!!!
