The customer service was excellent in every area. It was comfortable to stay there. Once I put fresh sheets on the bed.

The sheets were dirty. I had to go to the front desk to get clean sheets before I could settle in. We arrived late, so that was frustrating. The front desk person was kind and gave a $20 discount for the night. The internet kept going off the latter part of our stay. Maintenance came to fix, but it went down again. That was really bad because I wanted to finish the series I was watching and I don't have Showtime at home.

Staff was very helpful,friendly, and welcoming.Very clean room, great breakfast choices with different options each day. Spent a lot of the time in the lobby with the family playing games because of rain and the staff was great!! Definitely will stay again in the future!

The only negative feedback would be no channel choices but that was due to a switch over with their TV's and the pool wasn't very heated but the kids still had a blast either way.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The people there were so nice and the food was excellent if we ever go through there again we will be stopping by . The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable along with the pillows. We had such a wonderful night sleep it was so quiet, Hope to see you in the future.

We liked everything about residence inn by Marriott.

The room was clean, the breakfast was ok, the pool was good but too many children.

Some adult hours in the pool, like from 10pm-12am. There were rude teens in the pool, one hit me in the face with a beach ball. I had to tell them to quiet down and take less space as there were many more people trying to use the pool. The staff at the front desk was useless.

the pillows were extremely too soft and our tv was about to go out it had a really dark screen with 3 light spots in the middle. tv needs replaced in room 308

very pleasant surprise. not like any other hotel. this is a very nice surprise to be in an apartment style hotel for the price of a room at other places

convenient location. staff was amazingly friendly! breakfast was better than most free breakfast. it was better quality food. will def stay at again yearly. clean!

Breakfast was great. Room was perfect for a family of five. Love the outdoor space for bbqing and hanging out.

The pool was great, but on a second day the chlorine was unbearable. You could not be in there for more than 5-10 mins without your eyes burning and we were allowed to prop open the door for fresh air.

it was amazing and the room took me by surprise. I was impressed that it didn’t look like a hotel room. I felt like I was in a nice apartment.
