Great rooms, at least the studio I had was perfect. Breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular but basics are there. Lovely hotel all in all and will come back

Not the best time of the year but pool area looked abandoned. If water would be heated and area kept clean it'll be a great asset

I particularly liked the proximity to my office though. Cleanliness was good. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Breakfast was less than what I had expected...was hoping for traditional scrambled eggs rather than a cupcake configuration of eggs. The patty sausage was rather dry.

I have hired staffs my entire career. Your complete staff and management needs to be commended. The custodian deserves whatever rewards your company offers for service that goes beyond expectations. Thank you all. Jerry and Cindy.

Extra clean, great location. The entire staff couldn't have been better. My wife had to check us out by herself. When coming out of the elevator, the custodian, who had just mopped the floor, halted her, offered his arm and escorted her to the desk. With my wife having a problem with her foot, she was very appreciative of this. He offered to help her to the car with her bags.

Location for The Lava Cantina was exceptional, but for any trip to the North Dallas Area, I would say it would be an excellent choice. Rooms had plenty of space and were clean. Parking was plentiful, especially if you park around back near the patio and convention area.

Breakfast was very blah. I mean if you want a bagel or bagged muffin you were ok, but the oatmeal was more the consistency of soup! I mean, gray water with some bits of oats swirling about! Someone needs to train the staff on this I think. It was the usual steamed sausage on the first morning and rubber omelets.

The staff was exceptional. My only recommendation would be to have hours for adults only swimming. The girls at the front desk were great! Very friendly and exceptional employees. I would stay here again!

No adults only swimming. Maybe extend the hours for the continental breakfast. Need shuttle service to and from dfw airport. Need air conditioning throughout the whole hotel. My room was great but the hallways and elevator had no a/c!

The breakfast was excellent it was something different every day the facility is awesome it had everything that you need to accommodate you

Wonderful service given by the lady (Luz) in the cafeteria. Breakfast was good and warm; she does a great job.

Rooms were only cleaned every 3 days. I had to empty my trash cans daily and constantly go to the front desk to get clean towels. I had to keep my room clean.

the pillows were kind of flat and when I called to get more they didn’t have any extra but that is definitely not a dealbreaker lol

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was great. I would highly recommend as a great place to stay.
