Comfort Suites The Colony - Plano West

The first thing that I love was the swimming pool, perfect temperature the water. My room was very comfortable, the bed felt comfy. The location connects with restaurants, super markets, and the Granscape.

The lady who was at the reception is weird, she was talking about my room with somebody else by phone, then when I went to the parking and she was taking a photo of my car, scary!!.... the other 2 guys at the reception were awesome.

The breakfast was a good variety, the sausage and fruit was good

The waffles and yogurt and coffee was pretty bad in taste, sorry just being honest over

I'd originally tried to book at Lewisville location and they thoroughly failed to answer my questions. I cancelled my reservation and booked with you. You exceeded my expectations in EVERY WAY!

There was nothing where you failed to deliver anything but excellent service. I used to work in customer satisfaction research - so I know excellence when I experience it. Thanks!

We had a few problems. But they were able to make some changes, and were very pleasant and professional in solving each and every one. I just wish our guest were able to enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub and I wish we could have used the conference room to play games. It was raining most of our 3 day stay.

Appeared to be clean. The only issues I would note is that the TV was placed in a strange location making it inconvenience to watch in the bed. It was placed way to the right of the bed on the wall.

The room size was very large and spacious. This allowed me to work in peace while my spouse relaxed in bed. The kids loved the hot breakfast that was served every morning.

My internet on my phone and hotspot kept dropping as the reception was spotty. There weren't many kids channels on the TV and the ones that showed on the guide could not be reached.

It was quiet.loved the pool and spa.breakfast had variety.staff nice helpful.cooler didn't work 1st night they brought a fan up work good.next morning told them and had it fixed within 10 mins.

I didn't elevator being broken.had to go to 3rd floor.

I wasnt able to eat breakfast I work all night an sleep all day. But the location an everything else was super chill an comfy. Would recomend to a friend. The staff was great also . An also the colony it self was beautiful. The time I did get to spend here I was able to do a few things when I could. I'm definitely going to be back. When its bot work related.

The wifi. It was horrible. The room I was in you had to set in the bathroom just to connect. But everything else was great.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff went above and beyond for my daughter who got a terrible sunburn on her face at her soccer games, they found someone on our own team to bring us some oil to help. Would absolutely stay here again.

Big comfortable room. Very clean. Good location - right by top golf and lots of restaurants in the area.

Breakfast was good but they didn't have any plates so had to eat the waffle out of a bowl! Not a lot of variety for breakfast. Got woke up by a loud group coming in around 2 AM.
