Four Points by Sheraton Plano

It’s in a quiet location within Frisco and the rooms are always well-kept and maintained. I stayed here twice over the span of a month.

Perhaps not an issue caused by the hotel and may be on behalf of Booking.com but I checked out a day early and was still charged the full amount even though I received an email with the reduced price. I asked the front desk and they said they’re unable to fix the charge since it was made on Booking.com but I use this app exclusively for all of my hotel stays while traveling and have left earlier than planned in many hotels without issue. It seemed to be a problem here so not sure what happened but the team is generally friendly.

I like the staff the most… I thought customer service was dead until I came here. The room was clean dead silent. Texas. Shaped. Waffles.

I know they are about to renovate, and are probably going to fix the little things, but some sort of shade by the pool would make a world of difference. This room is an accessible room, so it makes sense that the mattress would be extra firm. It was too firm for me, but I get it.

The staff was always extremely friendly. One front desk clerk recognized and greeted us each time we entered the hotel. The rooms were clean. It was a great location. The hotel was very quiet. The area around the hotel was nice and quiet. Parking was great.

The beds were hard. Seemed like pillow top firm beds. At some point we needed extra towels and I didn’t get any when I first asked. The front desk clerk mentioned laundry services being short on towels. The breakfast was decent but not great. Things ran out often on the breakfast buffet and could of been replaced quicker.

We reserved 2 rooms at this hotel for 4 nights each. LOCATION: The hotel is located off the interstate, behind a luxury car dealership. It is a very quiet location. However, restaurants and shopping is a very short drive. (less than 5 minutes). It's also great location for a nice walk (which we did ) STAFF: Everyone we came in contact with was extremely nice. Greeting us each time when we came in at the end of the day. Shout out to Lillian for giving us great end of the hall rooms as requested. ROOM: Very clean, ample amount of towels, comfortable king bed. And the best part; refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker EXTRA: Breakfast was fresh and a nice variety, Although it was pretty much the same everyday; for convenience it's a plus. (Potatoes, sausage, eggs, bagels, yogurt, waffles fruit, pastries juices, coffee) My husband would have liked bacon one morning but there was none, only sausage. Areas was being cleaned continuously by staff. COVID: Safety and disinfecting protocols followed. Hand sanitizer out and staff using it. Although, this hotel was busy, we never felt crowded. No elevator wait time. No bumping into other people. Overall, I would definitely stay here during my stays to the area and I highly recommend.

Front desk people were very helpful. And breakfast was good.

Having someone barge into our room uninvited that first evening we got there was not appreciated as I had been changing and had to drive for cover. Maid made a mistake. They didn't speak English so couldn't tell what their issue was. English should be required so they can communicate with guests. This is America not Mexico. No tip for the maids because of the mistake. But everything else was good.

This place is a gem! It is spotlessly clean. I never made it in time for breakfast but I did appreciate them always having coffee and tea available in the lobby and the room had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator so I always had what I wanted. Also, they have a small convenience store on the first floor. The best part about this property is the staff. From the moment I checked in, to the moment I checked out, and every request in between, were met by staff members who seem as though they are actually happy I asked them! One staff member in particular, Nick (at the front desk) was wonderful. I was in town house hunting and he gave me so many wonderful suggestions. I felt like he was a friend even though I'd just met him.

I have no complaints

I spend one night Rate La Quinta by Wyndham Plano Legacy Frisco, due from leakages from hot water heater at my house. I live in a neighborhoods from Rate La Quinta by Wyndham Plano Legacy Frisco. I am surprised because the hotel was very nice and super clean and very reasonable price. The room was very comfortable had a very nice bathroom. I will like to recommend this place to my friends.

Convenient location, quietness, cleanness and a reasonable price. People work there is very nice.

The property was clean, and the location was close to the surgery center I needed to be the morning after my stay. The room I stayed in had a shower stall, with no tub. It was awesome. There is a 24 hour self service coffee and tea bar in the lobby.

There was an irritating object under the sheet so I lifted it to see what the bump was and it was a huge booger. That shouldn’t have been missed by housekeeping. The breakfast was a whole grain muffin which had crunchy blueberries, and a small water. The Otis Spunkmeyer is usually better, but maybe there was a storage issue. Nonetheless, most chains offer a decent breakfast, but they have not started yet. They also gave away my handicapped room reservation and I was traveling with my disabled mother. They said they tried to call, but I must have missed it. Thankfully, the room had a stand up shower or she wouldn’t have been able to use it.

i didn't eat the breakfast. the location was great. it was right next door to where i needed to be. everything was great. the service was great, and even i appreciated your front desk clerk giving me directions to the location, because i was turned around when coming to your location.

more toiletries in the restroom (ran out of tissue) and maybe more cover on the bed, other than that everything was good. my overall stay was great.

Very clean, nice crew comfy room. Thank your staff for their service. And your staff that made sure that the room was clean and germ free as possible I am most appreciative.

There were no dislikes, unfortunates were not serving hot breakfast, but understandable. I know this may sound hokey or silly but this is the truth, I appreciate all that is being done by the businesses in our area that are doing their best to comply with state, and other laws in doing what is necessary to keep their business in line with the laws of the state and country.
