The staff was exceptional (Gigi). She assisted us with some problems we had when making our booking. She always welcomed us by our first names, and wished us safe travels when we left. She was very approachable and we felt comfortable when we discussed our traveling journey. Gigi was very friendly and personable

We were never able to locate a luggage cart until the morning that we checked out, and even then, it was after we had made 5 trips carrying everything down to our car. The cart was so small, I would have had to make at least 3 trips with it, as compared to all the other hotels whereas everything could be loaded in one trip. Also, no ice machine on the property.

Breakfast was acceptable. Room was very nice with kitchen add on. Gigi was very helpful in relaying information to me as I have never stayed at one of your facilities before this week. Overall, this facility is very nice. In addition, Gigi and the support staff is quite wonderful and gave me every item I needed to feel at home.

I understand you have a freezer and full refrigerator, but ice machine would be helpful occasionally for families who are visiting and an in house gym would be a super addition. Plus, I think you need to advertise this facility on social media as it is excellent to stay at for extended periods of time. I hope to see you next year for the WACO charity invitational disc golf championship.

Super convenient location. Staff is outstanding!!! The rooms are set up very nice for someone having to spend an extended stay in a hotel.

Nothing major - miss the hot breakfasts(but I also know that comes with an increase in room cost) and maybe a bit better pillows; but the pillows I had did not affect my sleep one little bit.

Gigi was amazing. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed my entire stay. She always said hello everyday and was always greeting other guests daily. She was always doing her job. She is a ROCKSTAR EMPLOYEE! I also heard multiple other guests say she was the best they ever had! AND She IS the best Extended Stay has!

Coffee could have been stronger.

Extremely close to work and the staff, mainly GiGi, was providing above and beyond service! She was the friendliest, most insightful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She was more than willing to help me find a room even when they were full and couldn’t extend my stay. She quoted me prices and informed me that I had options. I would give the hotel 5 stars simply because of her!

Traveling for work and this hotel was close to the location. They offer kitchenettes, which definitely helps when you’re working construction.

They offer a grab and go breakfast and it would have been nice to have a few more options for the bagged breakfast and possibly offered a bit earlier.

Staff are really good. They go out of the way to make you feel better. Especially Diana (Dee Dee ) and JiJi really helped me a lot in terms of making me feel at home. The staff are nice warm and very welcoming. That's what makes all the difference. I have at ESA Houston before. But I loved to stay ESA Waco more.

very near to my workplace. The room was spacious enough for me. I like that they have a kitchen corner.

The breakfast. Also, during my stay, there were two instances that there were people knocking so loud on my door and forcefully trying to push my door open. Luckily, I had the double lock on so they were unsuccessful.

The place was great! The only reason I may not stay again for a longer period of time is because the rate per night. But if I can get on a rewards system or find a lower rate I would definitely stay for sure again! I have told lots of people how great it was to stay with y’all!

As I had mentioned the going rate is a bit steep for me but if and when I can I would stay again!

Gigi she was excellent you’ll should totally have her train your other employees she went above and beyond with the customer ahead of me instead of just following orders and just say sorry we don’t have a room she figured it out and got a room for the customer.
