What a location and hotel. Honestly, everything about the room was amazing. It exceeded my expectations and more. I couldn't have been happier with this hotel. I'm glad I did a little research and found this gem. I would definitely stay here over and over again. For the price, it just cannot be beat

Everything was great

The location was close to food, shopping and interstate. The room was a great size for a multiple day stay for two people. The bathroom was nice and shower was nice size. The dresser/drawer area was very nice. I used the top to spread out all my makeup and hair stuff. This facility was a great home base to explore the Waco area since it was a central location.

The staff was very friendly but couldn't answer question about the availability of an ethernet connection. There were no coffee cups in the room.

Breakfast was great, we normally stay where there is hot breakfast served, we don't care much for donuts and pastry for breakfast, so the hot breakfast was a plus.

Everything was great facility was very clean the staff was really polite and we got service with smile.

I would have loved a refresh maybe every two days instead of three. But that’s just me nothing on the hotel.

The hotel was nice. The receptionist was very friendly, even let us check in 2 hours early. We were driving through Waco and wanted to relax after a long drive . Our room itself was very pretty. We were actually blown away with the space in there.

I dont know if the early check-in affected our room, but there was no toilet paper. We found leftovers in the fridge, and a used coffee filter was still in the machine.

Everything was nice and new! Wasn't overcrowded was definitely a plus. Which is why I originally booked one night but stayed 3 nights. Breakfast also was convenient considering a lot was closed for Christmas.

Nothing because everything was pleasant. DONT REALLY NO WHAT TO SAY IN 3 SENTENCES. When the hotel was really great. Thank you for your hospitality

Despite not getting the size room we had initially booked, our room was fantastic, and spacious.. My husband was able to do his telework with no issues.

Even though the housekeeping is not doing daily room refreshments, it would be helpful for them to leave extra trash bags of both sizes and to leave extra towels at the door daily.. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful..

Just ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable bed

Refrigerator not cleaned out had lots of food items from previous guest. Dishes not done. Had to ask for third bath towel for registered guest. Pull out couch had many crumbs under cushions and empty water bottle under couscous from previous guest. One lamp did not work.

Location was great! Close to the event we came into town for and restaurants were in walking distance.

Only wish we could have stayed longer.
