Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member! She was super sweet, and her laugh was contagious! Great customer service is so important! We booked the King Suite, which was literally the size of a small apartment. When you walk in, you have a little kitchen, with 2 stove top burners & all! We were a family of 5, so for the adults, we had our own room with a King size bed, a king size bed for 2 kids in the main area, and a sleeper couch. It was perfect with plenty of room! Breakfast was delicious, as well, plenty to choose from. The kids of course loved the Texas waffles. The indoor pool was great, and the spa was so relaxing! Caution, the bathtub is slippery! We put a small hand towel on the bottom for the kiddos but with that said, there wasn’t enough towels for a suite, but that was an easy fix! No real complaints, and the kids loved it! We will be staying at Best Western again!

The young woman who checked me in on the evening of 07/28. I was very tired. She was kind and sweet. The next morning, she was working in the diningroom. She kept the coffee karafes full and the room tidy. She was, again, kind and sweet. Her personality made me smile and helped me relax. The light that shown through her kept my spirits up for the next 11 hours of drive time. She told me her name, but I cannot remember it. Special, "Thank You" to her.

The bottom of the bathroom door seemed to be rotting. There were flakes of rotted door debris all of the bathroom floor. Kind of grossed me out when I used the restroom the next morning.

Minus my mix up with Bookings.com telling me I can RESERVE A 1BED KING ROOM THEN I GET THERE MIDNIGHT ALMOST 1AM TO FIND OUT THE SERVICE FOR MY RESERVATION WASN'T EXCEPTED THEN I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER $100 in Cash FOR Another ROOM SMDH THEN BOOKINGS.COM SERVICE take forever to follow back up with you over something a kid in highschool can do but they have people that don't know what they are doing or barely can speak English then have a attitude like WTF I'm just pissed I travel to much and bookings.com service is getting VERY SADDENING!!!

The staff was excellent! Everything was clean and smelled good. My husband and I just moved to the Waco area and are currently living in our camper so this was a great chance to get a little room to spread out and to take a real shower!!

The spa was open the first night but when we went down the second night it was closed. I generally pick a hotel based on 3 things 1) breakfast 2)spa and 3) pool, plus in the winter I want this to be indoor and open.

Breakfast was good every morning. We liked the variety and enjoy the Texas shape waffles. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I will be back at some point just because of the treatment from the excellent staff from check in to breakfast everyone was friendly and helpful.

Only negative was the bell boy cart was missing because other guests were saving them in their room. I appreciate the maintenance staff trying to find the 2 missing carts.

The staff was amazing! Very customer service oriented. Breakfast was very tasty and had lots to chose from.

Hair in the refrigerator and on the sheet of the bed. There were no extra linens or blankets for the pull out couch. I know I could have asked but I think they should have been in the room already. We all just slept in the bed.

Great location, felt safe. Good choice at breakfast.

Could do with a bit of update, carpet had a rip in the bedroom. Coffee machine in room not working and house service knocking on the door at 09.50 for us to leave

this was my third time staying here. staff is always happy and friendly. it is a very clean facility. rooms are nice and good size. I’ve never had any problems when staying here. this is my place to stay when ever I am in Waco.

We told the lady at the desk about the curtains and the TV remote and she moved us to a different room right away. She said the tv remotes were in the process of being replaced. All of the desk staff was very friendly. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast.

The curtains didn't stay closed in the middle and the TV remote didn't work right at all. Since we were on the ground floor, the curtain thing was an issue for me. And since we were saying for two nights, I didn't want to deal with a tv remote that was really not working right.

Staff was great.

Hot tub was broke.. after a 16 hrs drive my husband Was looking forward to it to help his back.
