Hilton Waco

Most of Waco, Texas is under construction which is challenging so the area is not ideal right now. But of course Magnolia Silos, shopping and Baylor University are a must see and we are glad we stayed at this conveniently located hotel which will only improve once road work is completed.

I would recommend the hotel hire parking lot security with random people on rental scooters zipping around parking lot in the evening. I think renting scooters may be something offered in the area, but I would suggest they stay off property.

Close to town, food and any activities. Soft pillows and comfy bed.

Our rooms faced the pool side and people were hanging at there loud and noisy at 8am and partied till 1am in the morning every day. There should be a set time when the pool is open and closes to respect all the other guest on that side of the building. So rude.

I had a confirmation number and price of $118.07 each for my rooms... when I got to the facility, they charged me $124.50.. said the taxes were higher than Booking.com had on their site... I do not think it was right to be charged more after my confirmations.. very disappointing to me. I don’t believe they should have charged me that price...

Staff was amazing. Location was perfect.

Requested to have our room cleaned daily but that did not happen. We needed to get our own towels and coffee and ask to have the garbage removed. I am sure it had something to do with Covid. Hotel needs a refresh.

After booking messed up our reservation, Hilton stepped up and gave us a room. They were very nice and helpful.

The property was good. No complaints.

Thr location of this property is exceptional

We enjoyed everything about this hotel other than times for the Starbucks.

Everyone was lovely, beds/pillows were super comfy

Would have been nice if Starbucks or the bar had been available to deliver drinks like the sign said by the pool, in the middle of the day. Seemed weird to have that sign by the pool and then have nothing open for drinks.

Loved the location

I booked a room with a sofa bed and they gave me a room without one. When I brought it to their attention, they changed my room immediately. I also had to ask for linens for the sofa bed and they brought those up to my room. All in all, good stay. Just wish I didn’t have to ask for things that I should’ve received initially.
