Super 8 by Wyndham Waco University Area

It was located in a great spot in the city. Everything was pretty clean, a few crumbs on the floor but 5 minutes of being there the cleaning crew came to sweep. They were on it without me even complaining. Very on top of things!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that I constantly had problems with the internet. Eventually I gave up on it and just used my own data plan from my phone. Very bad Wi-Fi unfortunately!

The room!!! Here's why: It had both a mini-fridge (w/freezer compartment) and a microwave and both were very clean. There's a desk with a nicely padded chair. And I really enjoyed watching tv while eating my pizza in the super comfortable reclining chair. The bed is kind of soft and the pillows were actually fluffy. An amazingly comfortable room.

The sell soda pop but don't carry my favorite flavor. Good chip selections.

The location to my event was only 5 minutes away. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The road noise made it di for sleeping but could not avoided. Overall appearance was nice but repainted walls had visible drips and runs. Texture work was also poorly done. Television reception was poor. Nothing that would keep me from booking again.

The room was clean. You could smell the cleaning products used when you walked in. The bed was so comfortable. The staff was helpful and answered all my questions. It was a great place to stay and I will do it again next year.

Only 2 things. One, it would have been helpful for there to be more outlets in the room. Two, recharger ports for cell phones would have made things easier. But, really, everything was good. There is nothing else to add.

I appreciate that they have a nice selection of breakfast items in the morning and how clean the room and hallways are kept

What I do not like is how unprofessional the evening staff are. I can't speak for othera but can speak for me I don't like how I pay out of pocket cause this is the only place I have to go however the evening shift staff talks to me like I'm trash

Very clean rooms, friendly staff, pet friendly! Soft pillows! Beverages and some foods available on site for purchase with cash.

The beds were a bit too soft for my personal liking. They also advertised an order in menu on desk. We tried to utilize this. After 45 mins of placing order and waiting i received a call that our kitchen in the area was closed when online it was listed as open.

The comfort of the bed was nice. The size of the room was decent enough, though for 3 grown adults it's small. Breakfast was acceptable. Staff was somewhat pleasant. The fact the room had a fridge and coffee maker was nice. For the price it was acceptable.

There wasn't enough outlets in the room. One outlet was definitely NOT sufficient enough for 3 adults, anyone traveling for work wouldn't find it acceptable to only have one outlet that was located near the tv. There should have been outlets next to the bed for convenience. When I entered the lobby to check in, the lobby smelled awful. Limited parking. During our stay there was one night where there was no parking available, the contractors who were doing construction on the road had decided to take over the parking lot making it impossible for paying guests of the hotel to park. Breakfast was lack luster. The pancake machine was having issues and not wanting to work properly. The first morning there was no orange juice or apple juice available for people who don't drink coffee.

The manager was rude when I was checking in and just sat there on her cell phone while the clerk check me in, but she was the only one sitting there when I first arrived didn’t even speak i had to get her attention.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was small, but very clean. Shower was excellent.

Needs more electrical outlets for electronic stuff. Only had a laptop and phone, but had to unplug a lamp to charge both.

The room is clean, the bed is ok, the breakfast just fine maybe fruits, muffin will be great. The staff are friendly. The location to Baylor is perfect.

Nothing that I do not like. It's what I expect
