The location was fantastic! The property shared a lot with Target, tons of restaurants (dine in and fast food) and was less than 5 minutes away from a plethora of other dining & shopping options. The room was extremely clean! We checked in right before 3 so it had just been cleaned/prepped & it smelled amazing (don’t worry the smell didn’t last-if you’re worried about strong scents)! The bed and pillows were super comfy & the room stayed cool (how we set the AC) throughout our stay. Every member of the staff spoke with us upon eye contact and was ready to offer a kind word. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Friday there were omelettes, sausage, biscuits, gravy, and of course the usual options hotels offer (fruits, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee & juices). There was also a pancake maker which was super easy & made delicious pancakes.

There is only one elevator and it’s a bit slow (don’t tell it I said that). The shower curtain wasn’t quite long enough so it would let a steady stream of water out onto the tile floor in the bathroom. Towels were stiff due to no fabric softener (but that’s every hotel).

The facilities were excellent, very clean. It was so restful that I felt refreshed the following morning. The hot breakfast was superb. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We hated to check out!

You all need a small pet policy like Hilton where pets stay free. We have 2 little bich-poos, 7lbs each. When my husband and I travel together, we need to bring them along, so that would be my only concern when booking a stay with you all.

I like that the establishment was very spotless. I love all the decorations. (We went during easter, for the Renaissance fair). The staff was very friendly. Cyle, I believe was the name of the receptionist on the front desk, did his best to accommodate us, since our rooms weren't ready yet. And then second room we were assigned, did not have working A/C. But Cyle was able to upgrade us for going through all that chaos, before we went up to that room. I also love how the hotel is in walking distance to an Italian restaurant and other places to eat and shop. And most importantly, it is not too far from the Renaissance fair. My family is looking forward to making this a yearly trip, and we are looking forward to staying in this establishment again. It was clean and it felt safe. The staff did their best to give us the best stay.

I didn't like that there's not enough cleaning staff, to have rooms ready by check-in time. I booked this months in advanced. I had already paid for the rooms, but when I got there I had to pay an extra fee for using a third party vendor. (Unexpected fee) I also didn't like that I did not receive a copy of the agreement they had me sign, of what things would cost if the room is not as-is when we leave, even though I requested a copy. I was told they eventually would get one to me, and they never did. And then I had a couple of fees charged to my card, with no explanation and unexpected,, but I think I finally got my refund for those unexpected fees.

location was great. close to lots of restaurants and plenty of shopping. the bed was very comfortable.

was not pleased with the cleaning. food was left in the fridge. bathroom was not cleaned good. I had to re-wipe all surfaces. the microwave had food splattered all in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and had variety. The bed was comfortable and room was laid out well. The parking lot was well lit.

The fridge could have been wiped out more and gave me pause at first, but further inspection the rest of the room was clean and had a comfortable stay.

Rooms were comfortable. Plenty of room and the beds were great. Hot breakfast was great too

We have to ask for enough towels for everyone staying in our room.

The elevator was not working, but the person on duty called before we came to tell us about the situation.

Staff was super friendly. The beds and room were exceptionally comfortable. The location was very conveniently located close to restaurants. The room was clean as well as the lobby area. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was great and the beds and pillows were super comfy! They were in the process of renovating rooms during our stay so there was a little mess in the hallways but it was nothing too crazy. I mean they're making the rooms and better and by way the room we had looked they are doing a great job at changing the rooms up very "modern" from what the pictures on the site had. The staff was also very professional and did their jobs very well. Definitely recommend this place!

The hand sanitizer dispensers on the walls were empty. At least all the ones I tried but other than that I don't have anything else I didn't like about the place.

Great breakfast and room was clean and water was really hot soooo happy. I would definitely come back again.
