The best part of my stay was when the staff member Aremecia(I believe that’s her name) went out of her way to accommodate me. She was a sweet older lady with curly hair. I originally booked one night and decided to stay a second night. I was originally told I had to check out and then check in to get another room and that I could not keep the same room. I asked for early check in and I was told it was not possible. I knew it was last minute so I understood. The next day when checking out, this sweet lady found a way to check me in early, offered me to stay in the same room and accommodated all my needs. I could tell she had to move things around for us, but it really made our day go so much smoother. Because of her, my stay went from good to EXCELLENT.

The elevator was a bit noisy and the handle on it kept breaking, but that is really minor and it didn’t really affect my stay.

Clean. staff helped us get to 5th floor by service elevator as main one was being repaired. Hot water with decent pressure in shower. Location was great, everything was nearby including all sorts of restaurants, the space center and the concert venue we went to (scout bar)

Breakfast was very good. Nice selection to pick from on the buffet.

Laundry accommodations were not up to par. There was only two washers and two dryers. One of the washers was out of order and one of the dryers I used for over 1-1/2 hours and my load still wasn't completely dry.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. It was the best service I have ever had. The breakfast had a good selection and again the staff was exceptional.

I cannot think of a thing that needs improvement. Thank you for making our visit to Houston so pleasant.

everything was clean. it smelled clean and even the pool was clean and had the great chlorine smell. it was all around a great place to stay

we didn’t get breakfast. I take part in that I thought it was included in my pricing but come to find out it wasn’t. not a big deal at all.

everything was nice in a great location…

the venting machine did not work properly or will not take cash. Plus the breakfast price is to high to only serve eggs, bacon and bread. which I do not eat.

Bathroom was a little smaller than we are used to in hotels but it wasn’t bad

location was excellent for our trip to NASA and Kemah Boardwalk

the lack of breakfast, but understood with Covid restrictions. there were plenty of restaurants nearby to make up for it.
