read the reviews before you book!! this place is perfect! everything. we love everything. this will be the only place we stay from here on out. I’ve never slept on pillows so comfortable. in a room so quiet with such wonderful staff. the man at the desk last night was quite exceptional. exceptional is an understatement. other hotels need to take note. he was very friendly accommodating and even put us on the top floor away from all the kids he knew were on the 1st and 2nd. he was super kind and answered all of our questions. the pool and hot tub were very nice. think it cleared our eyes out for a year but that just means it was super clean. the bed and the pull out bed were super comfy. the dove soap in the showers were awesome. the breakfast Buffett was HUGE! and they have these Cinnabon things. super yummy. this will be the only place we stay when we come to SLC which is about every weekend.

It was located so close to a huge variety of restaurants and shops and the Fashion Mall. It was clean the staff was helpful and clear regarding breakfast and housekeeping. Only reason I gave 1 less star is I believe ALL hotels are over priced and look for the best discounts. We were informed when we return in Feb. if we prepay get a discount. That brought us back.

Second day only 1 cup of coffee in the pot, and no one around to ask to make more. No sausage there were bagels but no cream cheese offered A lower price overall.

- Timer on hot tub was broken - Room keycard was difficult to operate. - Room door closed but did not latch on occasion. Could be security issue. - The keycard access on end of building did not work but hotel room was on that side of building

This hotel was better than I expected. It’s close to the ski bus stops so very convenient for Alta and Solitude/Brighton. We were surprised by the large hot breakfast, nice quality bedding, and quiet room. The room was fairly large and the toiletries were better quality. The shower head is great. You can walk to restaurants and convenience stores. The only thing, we didn’t see a button you have to press to obtain maid service so our room wasn’t cleaned until the last day. We thought it was a great value!

We weren’t told you have to press a button to obtain maid service. The pancake machine was broken. Both of those things were very minor compared to the rest of our experience.

The pool must have been absolutely loaded with chlorine. Couldn't stand to be in the pool/hot tub for more than a few minutes before my eyes were burning from just being in the room.

Due to COVID restrictions house cleaning folks are not allowed in you room. If you need clean towel, sheets, Coffee, tea or other you have to go ask the main desk and ask for what you need. It is a do it yourself service. A minor inconvenience.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. We had a king with pullout sofa. Pool was small , but we were lucky and only 2 others were in it when my kids were. Hot breakfast , eggs, sausage,biscuits and gravy , muffins , yogurt. Pancake machine was broken although.

This stay we requested the top floor but got the second and we had a lot of noise above us so it hurt our sleep.

I spend a week at this facility a couple of times a year. it’s clean, in a convenient location, and the front desk staff are great.
