Park Inn by Radisson Salt Lake City -Midvale

It was located right off of the freeway, it was near lots of restaurants and stores. The staff seemed friendly, the building and facilities were also nice. The room was clean and the bed(s) were comfy, I liked the shower head in the shower and the soaps provided smelled nice and were decent products.

There was zero heads up or warning of a deposit, would be nice to know before making a reservation. Even though it was located right off of the freeway and conveniently located near restaurants and stores it was also not in the best part of town as in you could tell quite a few of the people hanging around were homeless or tweakers, but I’m pretty self aware and know self defense so it wasn’t a huge issue for myself but could be for others who prefer not to be around those individuals.

Great breakfast. Hot sausage and scrambled eggs which you don’t find them a lot. not huge amount of options but everything meet or exceed average hotels especially with the price we paid. Juice was not watered down like a lot of other places. Also morning check out person was very friendly. We didn’t mind the room smell which lots of people thought was bad which actually smelled like a sweet rice dish from another country.

Can tell some part of the walls were painted over very roughly. Fridge frozen compartment did not work but did cool everything down. Chair in the room was disgusting with huge stains of some sort. Small stain on one of the bed. We like the smell of the regional specific burning scent in the lobby but it is a bit too strange and smoky.

It wasn't the Grand America, but a very close facsimile of it. The staff was nice, the place was clean, the food was amazing, and the roon with the TV was just phenomenal. I have nothing but high praise for this place.

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that they don't take cash. Booking.com should make it a point of letting people know prior to coming to an establishment whether they take cash or not. I did have to run around town trying to find a gift card to be able to pay for the room in which I've always paid for cash.

Location was great! Courteous staff… daily housekeeping… breakfast every day… water cooler available

Temperature thru out the facility….was always very warm… fitness center needed repair work… elliptical did not work… no 5 pound weights… same breakfast every day… bread was stale… as were the mini muffins… no oatmeal

The room had lots of space and a nice jacuzzi. The breakfast was great with good variety as well as clean areas around the place. It was close to the station too but bit far from Downtown.

The amount of rubbish after breakfast was full everytime and bad for the environment.

Great place for our family to stay. We had three kids, ages 14, 11, &9, and they were very happy with the hotel pool, sauna and breakfast. We weren’t sure what to expect, because some reviews were negative, but for us we felt safe and the hotel was clean.

The hotel smelled excellent, but our room didn’t. Maybe an air freshener or getting the carpets cleaned would help

A family member died and we were placed in charge of making arrangements for a family tribute. We told front staff that family members may stop by to leave short video tributes and three did. We talked for a few minutes and they left. The next morning they told us we were not welcome because of the "traffic". In our room. I have never been more shocked in my life.

I like the parking , the lobby staff were so kind. Everything was so calm .I enjoyed my breakfast, my children love the pool , and they gave me back my deposit👍🙂 💗

Everything was very good ecxept for a bed sheet that has a bloodstain , it was washed but it didn't gone. I understood that it happens some times and only took off on the bed and let it go . Also I don't like that a person had his dog in the pool area. But I know , it didn't was an hotel fault. 🤷‍♀️

Gentleman at front desk was very friendly, the nefd were super comfortable.

The breakfast could have been a little better and they charged our card a $100 deposit that has still not been returned..

the room was very spacious, the hotel seemed clean, staff were nice. For the price it was a great value, wouldn't have expected anything more and was pleasantly surprised with the room.

The breakfast could have been better, but once again, for the price I think it was fair.
