Very friendly staff, having breakfast available every morning. Being able to relax and soak in hot tub. Made room accommodations to our request and even changed our room to disability room which should of got in first place due to needing it afer all.

The microwave being so low to ground and door where fridge was not necessary.

The property was very clean and the beds were actually really comfortable. the hotel was also within 10 to 15 minutes of all our vacation activities.

The only negative was the breakfast Saturday morning, the food ran out frequently as well as plates. The food was good when it was available but who knows if they had staffing trouble that morning or what. The staff was friendly through the stress so that was a positive.

location, clean, comfortable, the front desk was accommodating. I told the person at the front desk that I wanted a room on the first floor if possible. she said they didn’t have any. then she said hold on, and went and asked housekeeping if a room was ready. she got me into a room on the first floor. I appreciated it very much.

The breakfast was good the only thing I'd complain about was the omelets regular cheese omelets would have been alot better rather then the rice and peppers they put inside the staff was friendly and great with letting me add 2 days at the last minute I did enjoy the room it was simple and elegant the t.v had little issues with the power cord but it was still good 👍 I'd definitely stay here again I enjoyed being on the ground floor near an exit made it alot easier to pack up everything and my husband being disabled liked that very much 😀 the big bottles of soap in the shower were great ironed the scent it would be great if you offered little bottles as well for people to take with them

The bathroom didn't have any ventilation which everything in the bathroom gets wet when it steams up maybe check for spiders in the hotel I did kill 3 different types of spiders in 3 of the 5 days I was there making sure guests have clean towels atheist every other day , i had to use pool towels the last 3 days

Everything was nice. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was good. I've always liked Holiday Inns :)

That there wasn't maid service. Why should we pay the same price without maid service. The night staff wasn't very friendly. She acted like people were an inconvenience. Maybe she was just having an off weekend.

When we checked in our refrigerator wasn't working. Josh, the desk clerk went out of his way to replace it. With our permission he exchanged them while we were out to dinner. He even took the things we had placed in the fridge into the new one.

The hot tub was out of order.

I loved the location. It was close to everything I needed to be at.

I hated the fact that my room card wouldn’t open any of the side doors. I had to walk completely around to the front door to get in.

Beds are comfortable, room was great for my family, especially when we stayed for 3 nights.

I just had a problem with our door lock. It took awhile for the maintenance to get to it. But it was fixed

Shower head is high enough for tall folks, lots of room in king suite to stretch and do yoga comfy pillows, quiet fan in bath

near highway so was a bit noisy. comfy sheets but were warm, would be nice to have more fruit at breakfast

The lady in the evening, (after 12 am was not too happy) it was hard to get her attention to come and let us into the property even though we had a Paid reservation. We rang the doorbell several times and ended up knocking on the glass doors just to get her to come and let us in so we could tell her we had a paid reservation. We were coming back to Wyoming after being in Utah (Zion), this is about halfway in our overall trip home.
