Room was clean, linens were in good order and the television worked very well. We were given a room with two beds without any hesitation. The proprietor was very friendly and accommodating including giving us some extra time for check out.

The air conditioner was noisy and so we were not able to keep it running throughout the night, but this did not impose an extraordinary problem for us.

We arrived late because we got stuck in a blizzard headed towards Vegas. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, the staff was nice. We had just come from a backpacking trip so the shower was the best part and not sleeping in a tent was a nice change :) I would definitely stay there again. Couldn't beat the price. Panguitch is a sweet little town. Great thrift store and breakfast at the Flying Goat.

Great price, the woman was very kind and patient, convenient location on Main Street across from dollar general, and several restaurants and gas stations. I was alone and felt safe on my little suite. The door went directing to the parking lot so it was easy to get luggage in and out of my vehicle.

Time for new flooring and carpet.

The staff was very kind and helpful - accommodated my request for first floor on arrival and gave me an extra key when I locked myself out. Incredibly quiet for being on the main road, Room and bed were very comfortable.

Only negative was the A/C was very loud. Wish I would have opened the window when I went to bed.

Really good for the money. We booked two rooms for four days and we're pleasantly surprised on the condition and cleanliness of the rooms. As we drove through town we kept saying to each other that we were so glad we weren't staying at one of the other motels.

Parking is a bit cramped for larger vehicles, but it is still doable.

Fantastic value for money. Small traditional motel which had been updated and was comfortable. Location in Panguitch was reasonably convenient for Bryce Canyon and had the amenities of the town. There was very little traffic during the evening and night so motel was quiet.

From memory my son did not have a table in his room.

When one first drives up to this location, you wonder what the inside will look like. But we were very pleased. It is an older building. I can imagine the Ricardo's and Mertz's staying here while on their cross country road trip in the 50's. But the inside has been re-done. The bed was comfortable. We were in January and the heater worked very nicely. We had 2 chairs to sit in. There was a little fridge and microwave. There was a desk that we could pull our laptop out and work on to plan more of our trip. The bathroom was modern. The shower head was great. The wifi was great. Never any lagging. Brand new TV and Direct TV. We were able to pull up to our room which made easy unload and load time. The front desk staff was very friendly. There were shampoo/conditioner and body soap ready for us to use. Overall a great experience.

It was like going to visit aunt Edna, everything was clean and comfortable and had a down-home feel! Not stuffy and impersonal like most hotels. Some things had not been updated yet but it looked like they were getting around to it.

the shower head was broken in room 1, it sprayed water EVERYWHERE. we had to use all the towels to soak up the puddle, it even soaked through the carpet at the door entrance.

It was a good stay. It's not the fanciest hotel, but everything I needed was there and worked well. I was able to park right in front of my room.The owner was a nice lady. The price was very reasonable too.

The heater/air conditioner worked fine but was noisy.
