Book A Room at this B & B! Room was exceptionally clean. The home-cooked breakfast was great. The home-made apple cider syrup was delicious on pancakes. Eggs were cooked to order so along with pancakes, fruits & juices & home-made coffee cake the breakfast was great. Rooms were large with private bathrooms with shower. There was an onsite laundry (1 washer/dryer) that was available free of charge. Detergent & dryer sheets & a pre-spot treater were also available, again, at no charge. We had a mini-refrig in our room with a microwave available in the shared fully-equipped kitchen. There was also a shared living area with a large television. Our individual room also had a large screen tv. Outside, there was a grill and an outdoor cat that was quite sweet. The owners thought of everything. All of these amenities made for an enjoyable stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. Book it! You won't regret it!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The breakfast was amazing! We loved the hosts, their friendliness and engaging way with the guests. The large pleasant room and kitchen/dining/sitting areas were the best we had our 2 weeks in Utah. They had coffee- we had not considered that no coffee would be a thing for some family run places in Utah! AND They had laundry facilities which we desperately needed at that point. We can't say enough good things about Happy Trails. A hot tub would have helped my aching body from all the hiking but it wasn't a deal breaker by any stretch.

We liked everything except the noise from the upstairs rooms. I guess the floors aren't very soundproof so all the young men staying above us sounded like elephants. Not sure the solution for that though.

The B&B was very nice. The rooms were large and comfy with all the comforts of home. We had access to the kitchen and used the washing machine and dryer. The best part was having breakfast prepared by Gabe. Both days the breakfast was yummy and made to order. If ever in the area would definitely stay here. The location was perfect. Only 20mins to the park and the town of Tropic had several restaurants, post office and small grocery store.

Nothing really but in our room we would have liked to have a chair to sit in (don't like sitting in bed all the time).

The location was great. It was easy to find, located in a quiet neighborhood, and very close to Bryce Canyon National Park. The hot breakfast provided was yummy and made getting out the door for exploring each day very easy. The room was clean and larger than anticipated. We had plenty of room to spread out. The house manager was very friendly and helpful. The common areas in the house were comfortable and well kept.

Just a few little things that could make my review a 5-star such as -the house manager could have kept the place a little tidier such as there was spilled breakfast cereal on the floor in the dinning area and it was there for around 24 hrs. The hall floors also needed sweeping more often as well. Nothing really concerning, just a few things to tweak a bit in order to make this place outstanding.

The atmosphere is so friendly. The owner prepares breakfast in the morning you really feel like you’re part of his family. The food is amazing, and their coffee is awesome!!! It’s such a great place to stay. Their cabin is absolutely gorgeous so we recommend staying there. First, it is sparkling clean. I has a bedroom, bath and a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer (so useful when you’re hiking for a week!) and a living room with TV. It feels like a home you’d wanna stay in for a week or more. Highly recommend.

LOVED this place! Every person I encountered was so friendly. The new manager - I forget his name, ugghh - was especially welcoming and helpful. The mattress was soooo comfy especially after a long day of hiking. Don't miss the breakfast! I also loved to read about the history of the B&B in the guidebook and they have the old guestbooks stored in a dresser if you wanted to read what past guests left 20+ years ago. So cool. Tropic is a nice little town with conveniences and just a hot skip to Bryce Canyon and Kodachrome/Escalante.

The location, the rooms are super big clean and beds are comfortable. Bathroom is also very clean and you have everything you need. The breakfast area is so nice decorated and large. The manager and owner made great breakfast for us 🤩. It tasted very good and both are super friendly. The property itself is also very clean and it’s a quiet place. In the near you have restaurants and stores so everything you need.

The breakfast was great, made fresh in the morning when we came down and he customized the order based on what we wanted. Like how we wanted our eggs cooked. The owner Austin and the manager in training Gabe were both very friendly and hospitable. The place had what we needed and was overall comfortable

Under the bed where we pulled the trundle bed from was very dusty. One of the beds had a blanket with multiple stains and a rip which didn’t feel cozy.

This BnB was so cute and was at such a convenient location (just 15-20 minutes to the Bryce Canyon visitors center). The room was larger than I expected and very clean. Also, the breakfast was so good! Way better than any hotel breakfast I've ever had.

The only negative was that the house was very cold when we stayed. The evenings outside were in the 10-20 degree range, but the AC was on inside. We ended up closing the vent above our bed while we slept. Other than that, no complaints

So glad we stayed in Tropic and not in Bryce City as it is not very nice and very touristy. Tropic is only a 20 minute drive and has several little restaurants, grocery store , all you need for a visit to Bryce National Park. This B & B is newly updated, clean and very comfortable. We had a king room with a little sitting area, a refrigerator, nicely decorated. So nice to come back to after a day of hiking at Bryce. We also had access to the washer and dryer. Breakfast was delicious!! The owners were friendly and helpful. Snacks, drinks were also available in room and in the kitchen area. Would definitely recommend this place!!
