Housekeeping was immaculate.

I will never use Booking.com ever again. I was charged $54 when there were e different sites that were charge $46-47 a for the same nights. I called and spoke to someone with the dates and the name of the sites. He told me I needed to provide him with proof. You guys are in the business...it would take you seconds. He said he would make sure take care of this and get back to me. NOPE. Obvious not in the U.S. of course.

Staff is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. Secluded, low key area. Right by the river so its nice. They Almost always have the cheapest rates. For the price it's the best safest cleanest affordable hotel in provo.

That they don't provide breakfast. And they have their housekeeping go and wake up everybody at like 9-9:30 to ask if staying etc. Would be nice to just be left alone we know we need to check out at a certain time so why not let us be until then.

I love the environment. Nobody gives a damn about where you’re going, who’s coming into your room, etc. I love that. The front desk lady was also super sweet & she already knew what’s up & asked no questions.

Nothing. I loved the place. It was everything I needed.

Comfortable bed and accommodation. Road noise was unnoticeable. Construction going on at property but kept to reasonable hours.

Noting that breakfast had not been part of the property for multiple years. Being upfront about it would have been more professional.

It was the largest motel room ever. The temperature control was excellent and rapid. The bathroom clean and huge.

There are cracks in the bathroom tile floor. It is an older room. The cabinetry and toilet have been upgraded and everything was clean. Excellent

Most Everything was great.

The kitchen appears to be under remodel so we were disappointed the normal breakfast was not available. We were counting on it. I booked through booking.com and there was no indication on their site that there was an adjustment for breakfast.

The size of the room and having wifi. The mirror in the bathroom is huge, plus a lot of counter room to get ready while my partner is also getting ready.

The only thing I could really complain about is, the shower temperature is opposite of what it shows. So cold is hot and hot is cold.

I liked eating and sleeping alone.

I didn't appreciate the guy outside asking me for a cigarette. I didn't like how outdated the room was. It didn't look nothing like the pictures.

Exceptional location. Very close to BYU and all the sporting facilities. Purpose of the trip was to go to Volleyball, Softball, and Football games. I could easily walk to all facilities.

It took a long time for the hot water to get to the room. At first I thought there was not hot water, but after I let the water run for a while I was able to take a comfortable shower.

My booking shows it included breakfast but the place didn’t provide us with breakfast. so if any one is booking something like that make sure to call and double check what things are they going to provide
