The location was good close to a lot of restaurants and stores also easy to find entry to I-15

The bed was hard! Pillows were flat bathroom wasn’t so clean elevator wasn’t working at the time was asked to be put by elevator was put by elevator the front desk never mentioned the elevator was broken! So the handicap person I stayed with had to walk all the way down the to the other end or the hotel to use the elevator to have to walk back to the other side to get to our room!

Our first two room was very nice and I feel in this room I received what I paid for. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels and linens. We paid for deluxe king rooms.

Once our rooms were moved due to the ridiculous amount of noise happening all throughout the night, were moved to a dual bed room, with no hot water less than clean bathrooms that, housing never came in 4 days. I appreciated we're moved however it wasn't a comparable room for the rates I paid. If you could please get back to me on this situation, I would greatly appreciate it.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. It was cheaper than all the hotels in the area, and having stayed in the other places, I can affirm that it was much higher quality. The decor was nice, the place was clean, the breakfast was minimal but serviceable, and the room was spacious.

The breakfast wasn't anything extraordinary and there weren't many options, but it was good enough for the price of the hotel. The late check-in at 3 was also not the best in the world.

The location was great! At check-in, I was asked what floor I wanted it was a nice option usually we are just assigned a room and you get what you get. I understand that it might not be like this every time. but while there we arranged for a future stay and a different front desk agent asked what floor we would like as we made our reservation. very accommodating.

I stayed in room 204 the tub faucet is in need of being repaired correctly. It looked as though it had been worked on but it the repair job was a bandaid that didn't hold. The bed was a bit hard for my taste.

Rooms were comfortable, quiet, and supplied with needed amenities. Air from wall unit blew into the room and not into the curtains, my complaint with every other place I've ever stayed. I love pets, but I appreciated that they were reserved for only the first floor. Decor seemed updated and pleasant. Carpet in the hall was new and clean. Breakfast was tasty and selection plentiful except on Sunday. Not sure what happened there.

Electronic keys repeatedly stopped working requiring multiple trips to the front desk. Rooms were made up and garbage removed by request. This wasn't a problem but no one told us and we had to ask why our garbage wasn't dumped or new towels placed in the bathroom.It was a covid policy. It would have been helpful to know in advance

Clean and a very good breakfast

We had a handicap room and the shower stool was broken which was a big inconvenience and dangerous as well. The water in the shower never really got warm enough in fact quite cool! Also the card reader for the outside door to the parking lot decided not to work and several people as well as myself got locked out!

Breakfast had a nice amount of options. The location was good and the rooms were clean.

We stayed in two different rooms since in between we spent a couple nights in Moab. The first room had kind of a musty smell but it was clean, I suspect this is because it was on the first floor with windows connecting to the pool area. The second room was great.

The breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. Large eating area. The beds were very comfy with many pillows. The room was very nice and clean. Very spacious, we had a king room. It was quiet when we stayed so was able to get a good nights rest. The pool was clean and very welcoming.

The shower head only seemed to go to one setting which was pretty “forceful”. And there was only one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of conditioner. Overall though, the bathroom was very clean and spacious.

the front desk staff was so friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was really great.

I ordered a queen room and got double beds so our third person who lives locally couldn’t stay with us because the beds were so small. Also, I left a plastic bag with clothes in it in my room and it obviously got thrown away by the cleaning staff. It was never recovered.

when I went to check out at 10:05 and I asked if I could get a glass of OJ and was told no

I had sent in a request for a walk-in shower when I got there. I asked about it and he said it had a walk-in shower and it did not it was a tub and it made it very hard to get in and out. Take a shower because of my handicap.
