Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale/Zion National Park

Very clean and spacious. It felt like home: having a desk to catch up with my work, nice kitchen with sink, shower was great, beds were comfortable, lots of drawers to put everything away. Heated pool and hot tub with fireplace was a bonus. What I liked the most was the fact that I could get coffee, hot water and cold water from the breakfast area at the lobby all day, or sit there and chill. Nice view from lobby or my room. Also fruits and snacks were left there for hikers. I used the laundry room after the muddy hike and could buy the detergent from lobby 2$, 4 $ per load for washing and 4$ for drying, but worth the comfort of being close and getting clean clothes. Very friendly Staff and a great location close to everything.

Breakfast is very good and varies through our stay. The room was very clean. The staff were extremely nice! It really felt like they cared for us, gave us advices for traveling the park and asked about our day when we returened. The view is amazing from both the pool and the room. It worth to go to Springdale even just to stay there!

It was possible to do our laundry there, but it wasn't really smooth- some machines didn't work, the dryer did not dry our clothes enough and the app that supposed to operate payment didn't work.

LOVED this place in every way! Kudos to Hilton! Our room- suite was large, clean, with a gorgeous garden and mountain view. The free breakfast was so generous with a wide variety of healthy choices. Snacks, fruit, and PB&J sandwiches are also thoughtfully provided to take out for hikes. One can dine inside a beautiful airy breakfast room or outside on the sunny deck overlooking the mountains. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Free town shuttle stops just outside the hotel …. but we chose to walk every day to Zion instead, just 1.3 miles away. This property is on the main road of Springdale, a charming small town with many restaurants and outdoor stores.

Bed was sooo comfy and room was an amazing size and very comfortable, breakfast was great got everything you needed but what I liked was the cookies in the afternoon and the hiking treats on offer. the bus stop was right outside the hotel and there was some amazing restaurants to eat out after a day of hiking. Oscars was my top one, gets very busy in the evening from about 6 onwards but you only have to wait for 15 minutes to be seated best time to go is about 5pm. Then the other was Pit & Spur right outside the hotel. The pool in the hotel was lovely with fantastic views and sunset was beautiful. The hotel had water on offer yes I know water but it had slices of fruit and cucumber etc and a plain one which was great to fill your water bottle up every day or great when getting back from a hike. Please stay at this hotel the staff were just lovely and the cleaning girlswork very hard.

Gorgeous location. Gorgeous hotel. Staff was excellent. They provided tons of service and even little hiking snack each day (set out along side the complementary breakfast). If you're debating staying closer to the park, don't. If you plan to take the shuttle, you have a better chance of getting a spot further out (bus was barely full prior to Hampton's stop (#6) and frequently filled by this stop, leaving stops 5 through 2 without service and we weren't even at peak season). Also it's still not so far that we didn't frequently walk back the whole way from the park entrance a5 the end of the day. The town is fun and the Hampton is a great location within the town's amenities. Room, common spaces, and grounds were immaculately clean. Staff found us a phone charger when we forgot one, gave us lots of extra bandaides when needed. They have a filtered water station to fill your hiking bladders and fruit infused water and cookies out all afternoon and evening after the brakfast service. Excellent views everywhere you go (see view from our room attached). Pool was warm and hot tub hot nice.

My only complaint was the usual complaint I have at Hampton Inns (and I continue to stay at them and prefer them to many similar hotel chains): Breakfast is the same predictable meal, good waffles, bagels, yogurt and fruit, but skip the "scrambled eggs". I appreciate that they usually have hard boiled eggs though and overall there are quality choices, just limited and it gets boring after 5 days. Additionally the beds aren't super comfortable. It's mainly the feather pillows, I need more support. My traveling companion did better than I did. I have a problem with most hotel beds, so maybe it's just me.

The breakfasts were delicious, filling, and a great selection! We also loved the snacks put in the lobby every morning. Room was comfortable and we slept great. We loved our stay here, it made our trip even better! I appreciated the detailed list of restaurants that the hotel provided, the staff was kind and very hospitable. Should we ever return to Zion (highly likely), we will be staying at this hotel again! The location was great and the amenities were fantastic. We don’t have a single complaint about our stay, everything was awesome.

The location was FANTASTIC, close to everything, across the street from restaurants and shopping, near the river too. The room was FABULOUS! Very comfortable and accommodating, loved the space. Everything was clean and enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty with a nice variety of different foods Would defiantly recommend and will stay again!

Staff was helpful. Facilities were clean. Room was comfortable. Having a microwave and refrigerator was convenient. Location was ideal to a shuttle stop to the park as well as restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Convenience store and laundry was great.

Lots of single serve plastic at breakfast which is not ideal when visiting nature. My one piece of feedback is to have more recycling throughout and less plastic at breakfast.

The hotel's location couldn't be better! It's late enough on the Springdale shuttle (stop 6) so that you can usually get a spot to sit and always have room to get on. The backdrop of the hotel is stunning, the breakfast room is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were nice facilities as well. We stayed in a king suite which was spacious enough for our family. The breakfast included is so convenient and it's a full hot breakfast with many options plus I loved the packed snacks to take on the trailheads, a really nice touch! All of the staff we interacted with were so friendly and if we visit Zion again we would definitely stay here. The free parking was a great and much needed perk to visit Zion!

From the moment we walked in the door, we felt so welcomed. This was literally the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any hotel. The breakfast was so good. They had cold wet towels in the afternoon ready and waiting for you at the counter when you got back from hiking along with warm cookies. This was just an awesome place in an awesome town. The shuttle is right in front of the property. We walked to many of the restaurants in town because we were so close. Other hotels were more expensive a little closer to the entrance of Zion , but the Hampton was by far so great I couldn’t have asked for more. 10/10 rating
