Loved the HUGE room, which included table/chairs, large sink area, microwave, and fridge. Thankful for parking right in front to help with unloading/loading luggage. There were lots of outlets to plug in electronics and good, free wifi available. Pool was AWESOME!!! So clean and they even had a slide, noodles, and swimmies! Ice machine easily available. They gave us an ice cream coupon for 10% off across the street which we used. Cute reception area with post cards and personal items for sale if you need them.

No privacy curtains. Need something that lets some light in without everyone being able to see in. Even turned way down, the air conditioning didn't keep the room quite as cool as it should have.

we was so surprised with the suite we got. it was soooo clean, the fridge and kitchen were clean, the beds (we got a King bed and a Full bed instead of 2 queens) are in separate bedrooms and they (even the sofa bed) were soft and comfy, we even got an extra pull-out bed (which was not in the room description and we didn’t need but it was nice to have). The view is nice, they also have a patio with chairs so we sat out there for the morning coffee. The kitchen was full equipped with pot and pan, even a steamer, ceramic bowls, utensils, coffee machine, toaster and even dish soap. We seriously can’t complain about anything! And the price was so cheap compares to all other hotel around.

The room and bathroom were very clean, and a size of the room should be no problem for 2 people. The location was close to Zion NP gate in about 5-min drive. You can find some cafes/restaurants in walking distances, and more options available in 5-min drive distances. I also liked it because a (clean) laundromat is generally next the motel. In addition, (looked like new) AC unit in the room was pretty quiet that helped me at night as I am a light sleeper. Overall the room was worth for the price I paid.

No breakfast, but you can find a few cafes for breakfast nearby.

Large room comfortable bed, good shower, swimming pool, located near the shuttle and shops and cafes, supermarket a few minutes walk. We make our own meals a lot on the road and appreciated the fridge and microwave. A small, covered picnic & barbecue area provided at the bottom of the car park. Excellent value.

Our only negative was that the only sink (located in the kitchen section not in the bathroom) had no plug. This made it hard to wash our plates, cups etc.

This place is amazing! It is a family run business, owned by the same family for many years. All the workers were so kind and helpful and actually went above and beyond to help us. The rooms were very nice and clean and updated. The location was great..stores and restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle stop to take the bus into Zion is very near or driving into Zion is super close as well. This is a hidden gem!! The price is great.

Nothing, it was honestly perfect.

As far as motels go, it doesn't get better than this. The rooms are big, beds are comfortable. You have a designated parking spot right in front of the room. All the amenities are there. The rooms where clean and quiet. You get a couple of chairs outside to enjoy the view which was a nice touch. Location is perfect, very close to Zion with a shuttle bus stop right next to the motel. Really good value for your money.

Great location, the Springdale shuttle stop was right next to the motel. The room was really spacious, had all the necessary appliances, the surrounding is stunning!! I guess that's the case for every hotel in Springdale ;-) but this motel is great value for money. Friendly staff, took time to explain everything and we received a voucher for a free drink in the gift shop across the road. Quick check-out, just leave the key card on the table in the room and be on your way. (Zion NP is really spectacular, one of the most beautiful parks on our roadtrip so far!)

Very spacious and clean rooms. Although the decorations are dated the place is very very clean and comfortable. The value for money here is excellent especially in the location. We could walk to Zion. They allowed us to leave our car parked the day we checked out which was super Convenient.

The beds were decently comfortable, but one definitely more than the other.

The location was very close to the park entrance. We walked to and from the park each day. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. The laundry facilities were located just down from the motel office, and it was very reasonable, clean and fast. We parked our vehicle in front of our ground floor room and never had to use it again until we checked out. I loved the convenience of the motel, being close to shops and restaurants. Walking distance or you could take the town shuttle from several stops along the main street, and the shuttle took you to the visitors center at the park. A very enjoyable stay, the surrounding views were fabulous - I would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this motel!

The property itself is a bit older but seems to be managed well. It was very clean and comfortable and you could not ask for a better location! Very helpful staff, easy parking. It has the old school motel experience, but is updated and clean. also, it is convenient parking right in front of your door, easy for unload and reloading.
