The location was lovely our room noisy.

When we booked in the were told it was a room only basis … no mention on continental breakfast or where it would be, we have 9 places booked on this part of our holiday your hotel was almost double price to all others, you were recommended by friends who were with you back in June. We had to go and buy breakfast provisions and on top of the hotel costs we find checking our booking that this need not have been the case - had your staff mentioned this as we booked in, we would have given a better review. On Monday morning there was a huge lorry parked next to our room engine running, for a good half hour, you could feel the vibrations. Our room was very noisy.

no one offered to help carry our luggage up the flight of stairs to 403. Would have been hard for my mother to do without me. Place was nice but had potential to be even better. Spend a little money and make a nightly fire, or have stores ingredients in the lobby. Buy lawn games like big Jengo blocks, frisbees, large chess board, etc so more people hang out down by the river.

The scenery can not be beat! The room was spacious and tasteful with a big tub. The beds were very comfortable. Very close to Zion national park and walking distance to restaurants.

I called the property prior to booking and they said the 2 pools and spas were open 24 hours. After hiking, we walked in the snow to one spa, got in and realized the jets were broken. I wish we had been told this upon checking in as the sign appeared to have been there a while. The next morning, we walked to the other hot tub, which I only knew about because of my prior phone call. It was 10-20 degrees that morning. The door was locked and a sign said it opens at 8:00 am. Again, we wish we had been told this at check-in. They did come down to unlock it for us but it was very cold while we waited.

Great location, being next to the river is wonderful for cooling off and siting by in the evening on the grass. The rooms are nice as was the pool and patio areas.

Gardeners waking us up at 7:45am with mowers and blowing right at the patio door. After a long day prior of hiking all we wanted to to sleep in a bit. This is not ok

The restaurant was delicious, the location is beautiful, staff were very friendly, and the 5 Petals Spa was wonderful!! We are Hilton Honors members and they give great discounts, even at the Spa! Our teenagers enjoyed the pools and small workout room. We would definitely stay with them again!

Great location. 3 mins talk to the national park entrance and park shuttle bus. Great room with balcony with mountain view. Nice dinning with live music and very reasonable price. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.

Everything is great. We loved it. Its a one of kind experience.

Service was amazing!!! Everyone was friendly and sooo helpful. I was at the hot tub and an employee noticed there were no towels. He came out and brought me some. I didn’t have to ask!

One of the hot tubs was not working properly… it was cold. Also the shower pressure at the pool shower was low and didn’t warm up.

it is so close to the park entrance. The view is 360 degrees, the restaurant food was wonderful and HUGE portions. Rooms are so fun and comfortably slept 5! And the playground was awesome for the kids!

The property was beautiful with the cool spring in the back proving to be a refreshing playground for my kids.

Nothing not to like.
