The location is great! There's a grocery store right across the street you can walk to the park in about 20 minutes and there's a free shuttle stop across the street as well. I was actually surprised by the quality of the hotel. I wasn't expecting the quality of room or location at the price we paid. Having said that, it's not cheap but it is a lot cheaper than most of the other hotels in the Zion area. I would definitely stay at the Zion Lodge again.

One of the lamps in our room wasn't working when we arrived. I pointed it out to the front desk staff upon our arrival and when we left 4 days later it still wasn't working. We stayed multiple nights so we didn't expect the room to be completely done up each day. But we were surprised at how little they did on the days in the middle of our stay.

What I like about this place is that it is super close to all the stores, restaurants and it is a really nice town and only 5mins away from zion entrance! And I like that it's super easy access to our cars when we unpack our things. Also, the room is so huge that it makes you feel at home. After a long hour of hikes... and you can COOK TOO! not all lodges let's you cook!!!

The fact that there is only one ice machine and the bottom of the front door has a little space where any type of insects can come in! We saw a tarantula next to my car so... Also, the couch that we have, felt like it was gonna give up on us. lol :D Cushion was sinking in..

The staff was great and the accommodations very nice. We LOVED the patio outside the breakfast room for happy hour in the evening! A beautiful location with fabulous views of the mountains.

The refrigerator was very noise throughout the night and the A/C was hard to regulate so the fan kept going on and off throughout the night which was a bit annoying. We never enjoyed the "bagged breakfast" because we got up and out really early to get in the park our first morning and we left really early the second morning to make our way down to Bryce Canyon.

The location was perfect; it's less than a mile from park entrance, so if the shuttles are packed it's an easy walk. It is located within a couple minutes of excellent food.

I wish the regular breakfast was offered. The bag breakfast was a good mix of items, yet I miss the true buffets that were offered pre pandemic. I would have preferred to stay in a room in the back of the facility. We could hear road traffic throughout the night.

This location was perfect in the cute town of Springdale where everything if walkable and the Zion shuttle is so convenient. And the views are spectacular no matter which way you look! Comfortable beds and nice to have the mini refrigerator and in room coffee. Great to have laundry facility but we didn't use since $4 wash and $4 dry and required quarters.

We had a handicap room so really wished there was more room in the room instead of the bathroom - had to put suitcase in the bathroom because no floor space in the room. Breakfast "grab n go" was fine, just wish there had been something besides the bland apple each day - bananas, oranges would be great to alternate! This is not a quiet spot as the doors all slam and we were on 1st floor and people above seemed to walk around until late at night and started again very early. Highly recommend 2nd floor request and non-handicap room!

This place is so beautiful it can actually bring a tear to your eye. Was like being inside of a movie set every time you opened the door, almost unreal.. We stayed in 3 places on our trip out West and my kid said the bed at Zion was the most comfortable. The bagged breakfast was perfect for getting fueled up before your hike. The lobby coffee was good (better than this $7 crappy regular coffee I'm currently drinking from one of the major casinos in Vegas); And the towels were super fluffy and soft... The little things, right? Again. Like being in a another world in Zion. What an experience.

I could hear the person in the next room sneeze. And yell at his kid (made me feel better I'm not the only parent who yells at my kid lol) but I'm sure it's an older building and the walls are thin. Not the worst thing to happen. But you can definitely hear your neighbors

We enjoyed our stay at Zion Canyon Lodge. the location is excellent, a few minutes walk to the free shuttle bus that takes you to Zion National Park. The staff were welcoming, in particular Larry and the receptionist who greeted us on arrival. They provided us with suggested hiking trails and restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and modern with a fridge, food storage and desk space. Free tea and coffee was available in the main lobby. Overall, much better value for money than the major chains in Springdale.

Nothing.

Was able to check in an hour early and was able to leave our car there past checkout so that we could continue visiting the park. The lodge is along the free Springdale shuttle path and this was super convenient for getting to the park. The room was very modern and clean. The grab-and-go breakfast had a good selection of items

Other hotels we stayed at on our trip had a buffet continental breakfast with more options, but the grab-and-go still had enough food for us.

Zion Canyon Lodge was a great place to stay for a visit to Zion. The location was great, right across from a store, next to restaurants and a gas station. It was also located close to the shuttle stop for the canyon. Our room had an awesome view.

The lighting on the stairs to the second floor was out, a little scary when we left early in the morning, very dark. The air conditioner was a little noisy.

The location to Zion is excellent and it is easy to get to everything in town. Cute market across the street. Very clean. Breakfast came in a bag so great to grab and go.

Our second morning there seemed to be a staffing issue and the breakfast was late. It didn't affect our schedule but if you were planning an early start, then you would be disappointed. (The breakfast was packaged bagels, muffins, yogurt and and an apple.)
