This is a uniquely serene property that is not like any other cookie cutter lodges in Springdale. Whoever built this had an eye for architecture. There are so many hidden gems on the property where you can sit and relax amongst the mature landscape. The Deep Canyon toiletries smelled wonderful. We found juniper on the Weeping Rock trail and I blurted out how intoxicating that scent combination was. It's such a short walk to the Zion Visitor center where the first shuttle arrives that we were able to make it inside the park to hike for 6:am every day of our stay. That alone was priceless to us because we were able to see and do so much more of Zion before the crowds and the heat set in. By noon every day we were done with hiking and went back to Flanigan's to relax and eat at Spotted Dog. It's an absolutely lovely place all around that we will be recommending to all our friends and family. We definitely did Zion right the first time by staying here.

The only thing we missed was a mini fridge. It's not a deal breaker of course, but we didn't have an ice chest available and couldn't take any of our leftover food to go. The AC units could be a little cooler. Again not a deal breaker, but we slept with battery powered fans on our faces because we just couldn't get that crisp sleepytime temperature to stay in the room. We'd still 100% stay here again despite those things.

Flanigan's Resort and Spa exceeded my expectations. The location is beautiful, surrounded by mountain peaks of the Zion canyon. Although there is a shuttle in Springdale to take you to Zion National Park, Flanigan's is conveniently located within walking distance to the park entrance. The resort staff were very helpful and provided excellent recommendations. Further, Flanigan's has lovely amenities including hotel room balcony with comfortable chairs and table for enjoying the view of Zion canyon, a clean pool (again with beautiful views of Zion) and a unique labyrinth which can also be used for stargazing at night or yoga.

This is a great place to stay when visiting Zion national park. It is a 10-minute walk from the park entrance. The hotel itself is very clean and well set up, the rooms are large and comfortable (easily large enough to accommodate a rollaway bed in a room with two queen beds). The staff is really helpful, and the views are terrific--both of Zion's landmarks and the courtyard garden and pond at the hotel. We were able to spend a full day in Zion national park, hit the pool at the hotel for a refreshing dip, and enjoy a terrific dinner at the Spotted Dog restaurant on site, all with three kids between the ages of five and twelve. We stayed in four hotels across four parks between Sedona and Zion, and the kids and adults rated this hotel (and Zion) as by far the best experience of the week.

Not much. We had been hoping to get a late checkout for at least one room, but they were unfortunately short-staffed and wouldn't have had much time to prep the rooms if they had allowed our request. But even our request was only because we wanted to get another dip in the pool and rest before heading out the next evening. Though they couldn't oblige, the staff still allowed us to leave our car on the premises and use the restrooms and coffee machine before we hit the road.

The location is perfect. Bus Stop #3 to the Zion mountains! The Breakfast Buffet at the Spotted Dog is wonderful and caters to GF. We dined at “our table” every evening. The pool was clean and inside a private double gated fence. We loved walking the maze on the hill and stargazing from the yoga platform. We were amazed to see the Milky Way!

Financially we had no choice but to use the pull-out couch. Made for a crowded room with very little walk space, but we managed.

The location was incredible being close to shuttle stops, restaurants, and stores. The bed was comfortable. The double sinks was also so nice for my partner and I in the morning. There was also a small hike that is on the premises that was perfect for star gazing.

It was extraordinarily hot when we were there and we were dreaming of good AC but unfortunately it never got truly cool in our room.

Flanigan’s is an excellent location with large and comfortable rooms. They have a very kind and helpful front desk staff. The lobby is a lovely place to sit and have tea and the restaurant on-site is delicious! The staff went above and beyond answering all our questions about Zion and dinner options. The beverage station featuring aveda and yogi tea in the lobby made our stay even more enjoyable.

The spa facilities are amazing and reasonably priced. Our bed was like floating on a cloud and the views from the deck were outstanding! Plus, the inn is walking distance to the park but if you'd rather catch the Springdale shuttle into Zion, there's a stop close to Flanigan's.

Our sink wasn't draining in the bathroom but the staff was on it quickly. The AC spewed it's hot air directly onto our deck making it uncomfortable to sit out there in the evenings. The shower is a bit dark.

really good, clean and comfortable accommodation. excellent location in a walking distance do the free busses going to different trail heads in the park! kids loved the pool and breakfast and dinner were very good! all staff was really nice. the complimentary yoga (including own mat in the room) is a nice touch! overall excellent!

Size and comfort of the rooms were great. The restaurant has amazing food and the manager came around to ensure all was good. When my daughter ordered a cocktail that she didn't like he came and suggested something else at no charge. The hydrafacial at the spa was great. A little pricey but worth it. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking in Zion National Park.

The internet was not always working, but we didn't go there just to be glued to our phones, so it was ok.

The rooms were very comfortable and with easy access to Zion National Park. The hotel also offers great views from the mountains around town and there is a good spa and a hot tub available for guests.

During low season there is no restaurant or breakfast available at the hotel. The showers were also a little bit difficult to use, and a couple of the rooms are really close to the road, which might be a problem for some guests.
