Hampton Inn Salt Lake City-North

Rooms were clean, the pool was kept up and good water quality, breakfast was good and quick. The front desk was amazing at almost all of my requests.

We reserved a room for 5, 2 adults and 3 children the size of adults. Our room only had 2 queen beds, no pullout, no cot nothing. I went to the front desk and all they said was 'according to fire code it can sleep 5'. No good, so one of the kids had to sleep on the floor. Not what I would expect for a room that sleeps 5. If I wanted this I would have grabbed a cheaper room.

For a lower priced hotel room, it certainly was high end quality. They had all of their promised amenities open (pool, breakfast, dining room), unlike so many other hotels I've been too. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a fire alarm with a low battery in my room, and the front receptionist immediately took care of it for me. The King Suite was very spacious, and I was very pleased with a clean, working spa tub. I was very happy with my stay and I will definitely be staying with them again.

Awesome staff! Beds were comfy. Quiet. Served Breakfast. Location was centered between the things we wanted to do while visiting.

The last night we were there the chlorine in the hot tub was very strong which made my eyes burn. But the other nights we were in there it seemed good. It would have been nice for housekeeping to tidy up our room and empty our trash.

The location was very convenient to the I-15 and easy to find. When we arrived we were greeted by the clerk who was very personable and helpful. The lobby was clean and there were obvious health and safety measures in place throughout the property. The room was clean and spacious. There was a mini-fridge and a microwave, which was an unexpected bonus. All the appliances in the room functioned appropriately and we were especially grateful for the cold air conditioning as it was an exceptionally hot Summer evening. The pool area was easy to locate and it was clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the complimentary breakfast the next morning. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay again.

My expectations were met by this property and the staff.

The bathtub was amazing! The bed was comfy.

It was hard to get the temperature of the room to a good temp. The room was clean. However, edges could have been better. There were m&ms by the bed as well as a few other crumbs around the edges of the room. Overall Housekeeping is doing a great job!

We like the comfort of the room and cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Hotel is quiet and staff is very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

I don't like these big air conditioning that are noisy . We can't sleep with and room warms up quickly .

The staff was friendly, the room was perfect, and breakfast was yummy. We were very happy with our stay and look forward to staying again.

Our favorite amenity was the spa in our suite! What a wonderful luxury!

The room was comfortable. Liked the flat screen TV. Elevator to take luggage to 2nd floor was very handy. Breakfast was adequate and the man behind the counter was so nice. He worked his tail off to get what we wanted. Many thanks to him!

Only thing we didn't care for was the view from the window: the roof top!

Dog friendly, good breakfast, safe, clean, nice staff, accommodating.

Nothing, adding some weights to the gym would be nice but not a deal breaker.
