The staff member who checked us in was so friendly and greeted my dog warmy, which I appreciated. They only charge $20 for a pet fee which is really nice. I appreciated the breakfast being ready earlier than 7am even though it was a weekend. Super nice. Very close to airport so I also really appreciated that. Room was nice and clean.

All was very good. Would have loved to have USB ports in the room.

We usually stay at this brand, and this property was closed sistema with the quality we expect.

The breakfast was missing an item we usual see at other HIE properties (hard cooked eggs) and there wasn’t enough seating for all the people trying to eat breakfast (we sat in the lobby to eat). I had an allergy attack from something in the room. We’ve stayed at this property before, so I wonder if there have been changes to the cleaning products used.

very clean. comfy beds. I LOVED the fact they have like a “little” conscience store that had snacks, toiletries, drinks, otc meds, frozen meals. that was so nice. after traveling for 8 hours none of us wanted to go out to eat. they have 24 hour laundry services too which was very nice.

The breakfast was amazing, the hotel seemed pretty full but was quiet, I never heard anyone walking or talking while going past our room. The girl at the desk that checked us in wasn’t very friendly, she didn’t acknowledge us until we were right in front of her and didn’t send us in any kind of direction to our room but the rest of the stay that we came in contact with were great! I liked that the room was big enough and spacious to accommodate 5 of us.

The hotel was nice in general, and had given some effort to accommodating the pets it welcomes in unlike many of the places we stayed during our trip. Nice pet area with complimentary waste pickup bags. Bravo! Also a good breakfast.

The access is a little confusing with one way streets and other obstructions to traffic. We got mixed up a couple of times before we figured it out.

Clean, helpful staff, good central location with easy access to downtown, food, and gas. good hot breakfast. Airport shuttle. it’s only about five minutes from the airline terminals and five minutes from restaurants and gas. Temple Square is a very simple fifteen minute drive.

It’s in a business area so no restaurants within walking distance, but food and gas are a simple five minutes away by car. that’s not the best part of town but it’s fine during the day. At night, I felt threatened so I wouldn’t go to the store after dark again. Lots of gang activity and homelessness.

Breakfast was good, hot and fresh. Loved that Music and the Spoken word was on the TV on Sunday a..m. Made my trip

super easy with our dog….there is a door off to the side that is accessed from the first floor rooms where dogs can go to the bathroom. Very well lit at night for taking my puppy out!

no shuttle from the airport, or at least no signs to it. sfter waiting for 15-20 minutes we called a Lyft. next morning the shuttle to the airport was allright. no restaurant at 8pm, only frozen food and a microwave

The location to the airport was great and they have a park and ride service that allowed me to leave my car parked there while I was gone. The breakfast was surprisingly good with a number of items available that I could take with me since I had to leave early for the airport.

The rooms felt a little dark and dated, but were super clean.
