The property was clean. The entire staff over a ten day period were pleasant and helpful. They had an enclosed outdoor patio off of the pool. A bench outside the breakfast room. A coffee machine that offers multiple options that was available all day except after breakfast during cleaning.

Honestly the only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the room above me at between 1 and 2 am. I could not hear the people on either side of me just above. The outdoor patio was a wonderful surprise. The furnishings were sparse but fit my needs. It could be turned into a lovely sitting area.

Close proximity to airport and the beds were very comfortable!

I had booked two rooms online for my family in Salt Lake, but our flights out of New York were all cancelled due to weather. I contacted this location as soon as we found out our flights cancelled, explained the situation, and we were still charged for 2 rooms for the day we were not able to arrive because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance (4pm was the time I called). We still needed to keep one room booked for the following morning. Apparently the "night auditor" made the final call on this and I was disappointed that we were charged for both rooms.

Spacious room with an extra sofa and table, good for working. Good internet connection and air conditioning. Very clean. Quick check-in/out. Breakfast is best among 5 hotels is stayed in in Utah: good choice of coffee/tee/hot chocolate and juices, sausages, porridge, make-it-yourself pancakes and waffles, some 10 kinds of pastry, bagels, cereals, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, continuously replenished. After calling the hotel from the airport (free call even with a European SIM), the shuttle arrived within 10 min.. The ride to the hotel is about 10 min. good shuttle service back to the airport. Location is good: East of the airport, which allows one to get to downtown using the Green tram line. The stop is about 10 min walk. Only about 3 hotels have this advantage - the majority are 3 miles W of the airport, without good public transportation, and the tram can be reached only with taxi or hotel shuttle.

Although soundproofing is good inside, permanent noise of traffic on I15 and I80 seeps into rooms facing South.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size for our family of 4 (using 2 queen-sized beds). Check-in was very easy. Shower water pressure was good and the water was hot.

The only thing that wasn't perfect (and I understand this is due to frequent use and age of the building) was that the fiberglass/plastic tub looked mildewed/stained and the during a shower, water splashed onto the floor (the curtain wasn't quite long or wide enough) and one could tell that this had happened a lot as the linoleum on the bathroom floor was curled up a bit from water damage.

Location was great and the room was comfortable, with plenty of space. Breakfast was ok and it was possible to buy snacks on site, which was really handy. Staff very friendly and accommodating. We’d happily stay here again if we were flying into SLC airport.

Coffee provided in the room wasn’t great. The building itself is a bit dated and could do with some TLC (the lift really is as slow as molasses). The fire alarm went off the night we stayed and only sounded in the hall, not in our room - and actually didn’t wake me at first over the sound of the aircon, which was a bit of a worry.

I enjoyed most of the staff there. the first day we got there the receptionist was a bit snippy. the rest of the days were great in terms of staff. Very quiet which was great, construction vehicles outside however no work was being done while we were there. The breakfast was okay but still enjoyable!

It was a little difficult getting back into the parking lot, and parking is fairly small, many times there was only one parking spot open so we would get lucky going back in. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

We had to get to the airport by 6am. Shuttle driver was safe, courteous, and kind. Checking in at hotel was so reassuring that we stayed at the right hotel. We had a bit of a traumatizing night before and showed up well before check in time. Clisty gave us early check in which we desperately needed. Very, very kind to us!!! I give those 2 individuals the highest praise! Thank you so much!!!

Nothing. Everything was perfect for our brief stay.

We stayed at the hotel for an overnight stay having flown in and arrived late. On calling the hotel there was a shuttle bus which picked us up and took us back to the hotel which was really handy. We also got a shuttle back to the terminal building in the morning. The room was big and clean and the beds really comfy. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, with loads of choice. Would definitely recommend!

All the staff were excellent--the shuttle driver, the various people at reception, the woman who set up breakfast--; all were cheerful and helpful. The room was spacious (including a seating area with couch and easy chair), clean, and comfortable. The location (10 minutes by van shuttle from the airport) was in an area of hotels and several restaurants (all within very easy walking distance).

The room had a noisy heat/ac unit and a noisy refrigerator; in addition, there was noise from bathrooms in rooms above, below, and adjacent.

Less than ten minute drive to airport. Staff friendly. Cheap price. We had a suite room which was spacious for a hotel room at this price for five people. Good use updates but for the price, what don people expect? It was quiet.

Could be updated- I wasn’t expecting this for the location and price however.
