Was very impressed that a housekeeper had the ability to switch rooms. We had checked in early. Our reserved room was not ready as of yet. The housekeeper moved us to a different room. It was nice to see all employees at this facility had to ability to change a room like that. The CSR at the front desk was friendly. Did not charge a pet fee. He indicated there is not a pet fee for any Motel 6 location. As a result of the friendliness of the crew here, we are now moving our quarterly trip to Motel 6.

We took a lot into consideration based on the switch. The room that we ended up with had a dirty shower and the floor in the unit was wet. My son wiped up the floor and I sprayed the wall and the floor in the shower to make them acceptable. We did alert the front desk at the end since we weren't looking to lower the bill or to cause any issues. We will be back to this same facility in January which our next trip.

One of the house keepers was really nice She let my dog and I stay in our room until our ride show up So we didn't have to freeze in the snow storm

The morning of my check out there was a snow storm ... So my ride was running late... I called the front desk to see if I can get a late check out The guy who was working at the front desk was really rude to me on the phone... That man doesn't need to work their if he is not a understanding person..

Prices and no deposit

Night clerk was very rude and inconsiderate. We were told temporary IDs were ok but when I brought mine to the office so they do have it on file even though the room was in my girlfriend s name he wouldn't accept it, he reset the key cards and when my girlfriend went to get new ones she was also told they didn't take temp ID even though that's the one she used to check in He was going to lock us out of our room at 230 am when we were returning from work

I like the location, bed was comfortable and room was spaciuos.

Our room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets had some stains (probably permanent, but still it was visible), the pool was closed, which it didn't say anywhere on the page (found out when I got to the motel). Shower could have been cleaner, but bathroom was okay.

I liked the staff who gave me my room key, etc. He even called my room an hour in to make sure everything was as promised and if we needed anything. They allowed us a 30 min extended check out which was cool. The room was great. Glad it had a microwave and fridge!

Basically the only thing I didn't like was the very thin blanket that they provide that's underneath the sheet. It's very thin and doesn't provide much warmth. Thankfully the heater works well.

Nice and attentive associates. Both receptionists were very helpful. Maybe needs renovation, but it was as clean as it can be.

A bit noisy, a street light over my door was an open invitation to all flying insects to a party outside my door.

Close to the airport and downtown. Pretty clean and comfy beds. Not too soft yet not too.hard.

The outside door had gaps so it was easy for mosquitoes to get in.

Our first room had a leaking sink but they gave us another room. Office worker was annoyed with my questions and was absorbed with his cell phone.

friendly staff and very kind. flew in for one night to see Carlos Santana Live!! great show and great stay! quite pleased.
