This my families third summer staying at Chalet Motel. We have only good things to say. We enjoy the simplicity and affordable price. We have left satisfied every time we have stayed. We also were received very well by the representative named Henry thus time around.

Very generous on the size of the room. There was even a slider to a back yard. All in all. It was a good experience.
There was nobody at the office when we arrived and had to call a number to get someone there. We understand there is a general shortage of help out there, so just keeping that in mind.

The desk clerk was from NYC, where we are from, so we got along famously.
The cleaners forgot to put regular coffee in the room.

The motel property was in dire need of repair.. however, we were located in the Annex down the street that was in far better condition. Some of our friends that were in the main motel were very disappointed and will not return to that motel in the future, we would return however would make sure that our room was in the Annex again.
The main part of the motel was in need of repair.. lamp shades broken and not clean.

Pretty cool location, the bed was comfortable, other than that pretty nondescript for a Wyndham hotel.
Very plain, the lobby was a little bit cluttered, made us worry about what the room would look like but it was okay

Have stayed here many times over the last 20 yrs. Place is just dated, needs updates badly. Henry at the front desk gets a 10 from us, couldnt have been better to get things we needed.
New carpeting,the grounds wernt kept-up,however I do understand under new management.

The location of the property is great. The staff was very pleasant.
The facility was very outdated. When we walked into the room, there was an odor that hit you. I don’t know what it was. You got used to it while in there, but when you left and came back there it was again.
