Beautiful rooms, pool area, and grounds. The concierge , Billy O, was over the top helpful and a tremendous resource of the area! The valet staff were extremely accommodating and also helpful when asked about the area!

The restaurants were not very accommodating. The golf course is extremely overpriced. Guests are spending a lot of money for the accommodations, it would be nice if the golf course was a bit more reasonable!! Alpine Hall would not let us enjoy a wedding cake that we purchased for my wife in Stowe, extremely arrogant service. There are too many inviting restaurants in the area to choose from that were very accommodating!

The foliage

Very Expensive. Lots of things not working. They couldn't make expresso machines not working. limited food selections. They kinda gave you the option of only buffets

great location, clean, nice staff at the arrival valet are superb, front desk little less good great food choice in the restaurant and great wine list.

the sleeping couch was unfortunately not comfortable at all I booked for 3 and my son had to sleep on this couch that you feel every single spring, the bedding shits where not cotton and at night I could see static electric lights from my king side bed and my son bed. missing some charme and mountain character to be honest I’m used to ski in Europe I was expecting better

Upscale, clean, comfortable, great location for hiking, shopping, brewery tours, etc...

One small gripe... our room wasn’t ready when we arrived around 5PM. Not a huge deal as they were very busy. We were basically told to have a seat with all of our stuff and wait. If they would’ve offered anything (drink voucher for the bar, credit towards room service, etc.), I wouldn’t be writing this. Nothing big, but something. Certainly wouldn’t have been any skin off Hyatt’s back and probably would’ve made the parties affected a lot happier.

WE loved everything! Pulling in was like pulling into Disney of Skiing! They take all your stuff to your room, your skiis go into the ski valet. it's so easy and you feel like a queen! rooms are incredible! resort is incredible. so clean, so big, you never feel like it's crowed. the spa was just WOW! best message I've ever had. hot tubs and heated pool were so much fun and OMG the views and scenery! top notch!

the location between two fantastic peaks of Stowe is exceptional. The decor, layout, buildings and services are wonderful.

I found the prices to be higher than expected, especially considering the resort fee which is included when being a guest. The breakfast buffet was $35 on Monday morning. An average cocktail was $20. Couldn’t prices be 20% off for hotel guests paying the resort fee ?

Beautiful lodge and extremely convenient for skiers. We stayed 3 nights and very much enjoyed it. The 2 hot tubs were perfect after a full day of skiing. The rooms were large and the bed was super comfortable.

The lack of restaurants on the property. There's 2 restaurants inside the hotel which were good and one on the property grounds. We were excited to try the one on the property grounds but they closed at 6pm and not open Mondays and Tuesdays. Very inconvenient. We ended up eating in the hotel 2 nights and went into town 1 night.

I really liked the property. It’s a large lodge with a lot of amenities. The staff, especially the valet, were awesome.

We were only at the property for one night so we did not get to enjoy everything this place had to offer. So, in the future, I would stay here if I was staying in the area for multiple days so we could enjoy the pool, gym and other things I’m sure it had to offer.

great stay. great location. staff was friendly and very nice. Food was great. Awesome grounds.

My only two complains is having to valet car every time I left resort and there was no decent and fast place to get a coffee or breakfast.

The room was comfortable, we really enjoyed the balcony and the location is beautiful.

only 2 chairs available on the balcony and we had 4 people in our room. Also pricing was high at the restaurants and for the Lodge.
