Everything was very clean the person at the front desk was very nice personable helpful. The grounds looked very very nice if you were going to have a wedding or something like that I did not walk around them I could see them from our window I believe they're trying to fix things up the outside may need painted the hallways were a little narrow but the room was very clean shower was clean bathroom they had shampoo dispensers conditioner dispenser and body wash dispenser which is very cool. That we only did stay one night if you were staying longer than that I would want something more of an efficiency

The location was super convenient for our Easter ski vacation in Mount Snow. Just a short drive from the main lodge and the slopes (free parking this time of season). The breakfast had anything one would want. The common areas were fantastic and our kids enjoyed running around and playing different games. We used the boot room as well. Also, the staff was very kind and accommodating during our stay. In general, great stay and great value for money.

The rooms are very small, basically two beds and some room to walk about. We were four and it was generally fine but one thing that would help if there would be more hangers on the wall for things like ski jackets, pants, mid layers etc. There were none, and we used the towel hangers for this purpose and hung things on the TV so that things wouldn't just be lying in a pile on the floor. But this is a very small minus in an overall great stay.

I went there in order to attend a conference at the nearby Grand Summit Hotel (no single rooms available there) so I chose this off-site option, within walking distance. It's a nice quite place, with a small swimming pool and a very nice large garden. There were few other guests - and they respected the silence during the night (it's a wooden structure, so not really soundproof, but I slept well). Breakfast is included. WiFi worked well enough.

The place is family-owned and the owners are friendly... but busy. When they're not around (and I perfectly understand they have a lot of work to do in order to have the place running) there's a phone number to call. The catch is that if you're European your phone may not work in that rather secluded spot. WhatsApp would (there is WiFi) - but the owners are not on it. Thus, one afternoon there was pooring rain and I needed to rejoin the conference hotel (12 mins uphill) - but my umbrella was broken, owners were absent and my mobile phone didn't work. No way to call a cab (if such service exists there in off-season summer), no way to ask for an umbrella - but, well, I'm not soluble in water so I made it!

Cozy, homey feel and very close to Mt. Snow. The rooms are set up well to maximize the space. Continental breakfast was good. Nice amount of options and the dining room is spacious, welcoming, and picturesque. Hot tub and saunas are a bonus for sure! And towels were provided!

Rooms are very small. Hot tub was very nice but could’ve been cleaned better. An additional staff member for breakfast setup and service would be an improvement.

What I liked most and foremost was Patrick, the manager, chef, server, front desk attendant and overall wonderful person. In spite of Booking.com's screw up with their listing, Patrick was able to fix it for us. The room was good and very clean. The breakfast, freshly prepared and served by none other than Patrick, was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located and close to a variety of POI's.

Booking.com had the wrong pictures and description for the room. The king room was described as the suite.

This place has a unique local vibe which I particularly enjoyed. The room was immaculate and the staff were pleasant and accommodating. The room had been tastefully and comfortably updated.

It would have been nice to have coffee available either in the room or onsite. I understand that the cafe was closed during my stay, but even having coffee available in the lobby would be a nice touch in the morning. However, I did find a delightful coffee bar right around the corner.

Patrick was totally awesome! We were not expecting much for the price but ultimately we loved it. It had that classic feel but it's also in the process of modernization. Our room was just what we needed. We were mostly interested in exploring the green mountains and it was a fantastic home base.

no much. there were a few areas that still need to be upgraded, which I am sure they have a long game to do in the off-seasons. Everything was fine for us.

Super friendly staff. Emma couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! She is terrific! The room was spotless! Beds were very comfortable. Great big bathroom with a lovely shower. Breakfast was delicious. We had homemade berry waffles, french toast and eggs served in a cozy dining room. Coffee was great and there is a station with coffee and tea so you can get a cup whenever you want.

The pool needed a cleaning and it would be nice to have a chair in the room

Lovely hotel with beautiful views and walks out the back. Just of the Vermont 100 which was great for our little road trip. Staff were super friendly and made a great dinner recommendation. Rooms were clean and the whole place had a beautiful ski lodge style.

Only thing that was sad was the pool and Jacuzzi were closed for the off season.
