I really appreciated the laundry facilities. The area was very clean and the machines were in good working order. One of the two dryers was out of order however. The staff at the front desk were so accommodating and helpful. Laundry supplies were plentiful at the front desk and it was obvious that a store of quarters is continually kept at the ready for guests using these facilities. Our room was very clean. I can’t comment on the breakfast provided as I didn’t partake in that aspect.

I wish there had been a better option of eatery choices, however this is out of the control of the hotel itself.

Clean and comfortable

That the front desk -manager on duty Vicki rudely said “ I need your ID for check in” with out even saying hello or welcoming us to Hampton Inn. I just stood puzzled as I worked in customer service for 20+ years and was shocked by my greeting. The other worker said “she said she needs to see your ID” I said “I know, I was just shocked that you all didn’t even say hello to us” she tried to make up for the complete rudeness by striking up a conversation with me but it was too late. It was by far the rudest interaction I have ever experienced. And to see her name on the board that says “manager on duty” haha what a absolute laughing joke.

Very nice, standard, to be expected Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast. At a highway intersection, so handy stopping point.

Room was missing shampoo -- but I didn't let the desk know. I suspect they would have cheerfully produced it. But the stay was marred by a fire alarm going off around 5AM, apparently the result of a faulty smoke detector in the lobby. It would have been nice if they had offered even a small discount for that level of discomfort.

Clean, close to the center

.1. The bath in a disabled room does not have manual shower control. 2. Though we asked Specifically for an accessible room, and it was promised us thru the booking support team, the room that was assigned to us was not an accessible. The guy at the reception was very responsive for our request and luckily found another suitable room, but such a mess should not have happened

This Hampton Inn is spotless each time I have stayed, which is for 5-6 days weekly for the last 60 days. The associate who oversees the breakfast area runs an incredibly tight ship. Every corner is spotless from the TV area to where the food and coffee is served. I traveled heavily for two plus years during C-19 to many upscale, mid-luxury hotels for business. You were immediately informed that there was no housekeeping services. Only if you booked a 3 day stay and then you had to request it. I was in a state of shock after my first night to come back to my room, and see that my entire bathroom was fully cleaned and towels/bath products 100% replaced. My bed had been made! The staff is beyond nice!

The ability not to book directly with the hotel staff. I recently had to book several nights and was turned to the 1-800 number. It took over 30 minutes for the operator to book the rooms. I never received a confirmation. I got nervous the night before, and called the hotel directly. I had no bookings showing at all.

I have an electric vehicle and there was an EV charging station in the back that was not operating. I had to go to Lebanon NH to charge my car.

The hotel was a great price and a good location to stay for the various ski resorts in the area.

I specifically booked through Bookingsing.com a shower and not a bathtub, and yet got a bathtub This happened twice on this trip to Vermont through Bookings.com.

Location was great, on and off the highway . Breakfast cafe was very bright and cheery. Front desk staff weren’t very friendly but competent .

Room smelled faintly like cigarettes . We asked for a room freshener and they said they would bring one to the room, but they never did.

Clean, sweet staff. The breakfast was pretty damn good compared to the average continental. The location wasn’t bad - about 5-10 minutes from a downtown area, and Quechee and Woodstock are fairly accessible as well.

Only downside is the pool is small and not heated. would’ve been nice to warm up after being in the cold all day, but that’s my only issue.

I called in advance about obtaining a discount because I was there while my husband had surgery at DHMC. The person who answered consulted someone who said yes, they honored that. However, when I arrived, I was told that it was only honored if I had booked directly with them, not on a third party app. This cost me a chunk of $$$. I wish someone had told me this at the outset. Other than this disappointment, everything was fine.
