Location felt safe. Full service restaurant a plus. Hot breakfast was better than expected. Even though the property was an older one, room was clean, extra outlets/usb ports by bed & on desk. Everything worked. Property looked neat/nice. Large dining area kept exceptionally cleaned with very polite staff.

Maybe four towels instead of two. Mattress a little hard (for me). Not a fan of outdoor access rooms but as they were in a courtyard, it felt less vulnerable.

Our room faced the pool and was so pretty. Love that you can walk right in room. Great restaurant on site and very close to downtown Culpeper.

Not many TV channels. Could hear water dripping from upstairs so it needs to be checked out. Room above us was very loud and sounded like a herd of Buffalo walking.

Breakfast started too late to use. We had to leave by 6 AM so we had a couple thing we brought for a light breakfast in the room.

There should be coffee available in the lobby along with maybe bagels, etc. The in room coffee is terrible and had to go to the 7-11 for some coffee.

Guest who parked motorcycle in breezeway; not staff’s fault. Bed was quite “springy”, didn’t sleep well.

We liked most everything about the room. Breakfast was great.

The toilet was not working well. But I don't think the last guest notified management. We notified the front desk. So I hope they were able to fix it before they rented that room again. The room had a slight wet smell. But it was clean.

Sheets and pillows comfortable and clean. AC worked well. HBO. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Carpet seemed dirty. Hotel Restaurant was lacking. Had dinner with family. My fish STICK was still frozen. Christine's mid rare steak WAS well done. Both second attempts were better.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and a nice breakfast buffet was included in the cost of the room.

The water pressure in the shower wasn't that great.

the breakfast was awful. rotten bananas and apples, canned fruit cocktail instead of fresh fruit. powdered eggs and too much sweet breakfast options. No yogurt!
