Morgan at the Front Desk was the BEST! I would give her 100 stars if I could! The 1st room she gave us was not clean at All. We took the video to the front and she put us in a new room within minutes. Will definitely be staying again.

Housekeeping was VERY Loud in the am woke us up out of our sleep.

Morgan at the front desk is very helpful and friendly. She remembered me from when I stayed there before. She made sure I got my coffee.

I didint plan to swim but the pool was green. Wasnt green last time

Room was clean and in good shape and very roomy. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was separated from room by a door which gave more privacy. Parking was available right in front of our room which had outside access directly from our room.

Management could have spread guests out among motel rooms instead of booking all guests in a cluster of adjoining rooms. We had some rather noisy neighbors who kept the TV on until after 1 a.m. Spreading of guests would have kept this from happening.

All of the staff was very professional, helpful and friendly, in particular the housekeeping staff. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was convenient.

The Breakfast. It was quite spartan, with limited choices.

Room was good size. Bed was comfortable. Heating was sufficient and quiet.

Room requires renovation and updates. Paint is needed, heat light not working. Fridge door not tight.

Breakfast was very good The new remodeling and colors inside rooms were very very modern and beautiful The bathrooms design and cleanliness was excellent

What I didn’t like was that booking.com charged me twice and it took over two weeks to try and get it straightened out. After that another week before I received my refund. So basically Booking.com had my money for three weeks. I was told by Wyndham that this happens often with this site. I won’t use them again

The part that we stayed in seemed to be newly renovated. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

Where we stayed was in the back of the hotel. We were on the second floor and they did not have elevators so we had to carry our luggage up and down the steps. With that being said for breakfast if you are in the building separate from the main you do have to walk there. Nothing really negative to say though.

Cleanliness

I noticed right away the paint was chipping on the walls when u first walk in and also on the walls near the bathroom. "Not the kinda suite I wanted." It was embarrassing, honestly. 1

My sister left her necklace in the room and they called me right away and asked me what they wanted me to do and I asked him if they can mail it and they said it was no problem.
