I was in the states to visit family but a COVID outbreak in our group left me on my own in Manassas without a vehicle. This hotel was the perfect solution. It is definitely dated but still quite a nice place to stay. The beds are comfy and the shower is great. The staff were really helpful with any questions or concerns. The best feature is the location right in the center of the town. I could reach anything I needed on foot. There are some super restaurants, cafes and sandwich shops all around the hotel. Pharmacies, grocery stores, laundromats and banks are easy walks. I had everything I needed to enjoy my visit, despite the virus disruption. Manassas is a charming town, filled with friendly people. This hotel is right in the heart of it all. No complaints at all. We will definitely stay there for our future visits.

It's as it sound Old Town motel so don't expect the Hilton but there were 2 4 foot wide beds with very good mattresses and the room was absolutely clean with no smell of smoke. The location is right downtown within a 5 minute walk of the train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Driving in we were surrounded by beautiful Christmas lights on all of the trees and buildings....truly a winter wonderland. The cost was very inexpensive and one can only conclude excellent value for the room we stayed in! I'd return anytime.

Bathtub was difficult to figure out and others I was told have same complaint....I thought the handle to turn on the water was broken and just got dressed without bathing. I found out afterwards that although it twists in your hand you need to pull it out....not obvious at all!

Its older and some things are starting to need attention such as the air conditioning. Our first room the a/c was blowing warm air. Staff moved us to a room with good a/c. It made weird loud noises all night but kept it cool. The bathroom light worked but made a very loud buzzing sound when on. No breakfast or laundry.

I loved the location. I was able to walk all over the historic part of town. I also loved how affordable it was for an accommodation right in the heart of the district.

The place could use some updates. I almost thought my shower was broken because I couldn't get the faucet to turn on since the hardware wasn't intuitive. The pillows, which are truly my biggest complaint, were terrible quality and super lumpy.

Look, this is an inexpensive hotel that's right in the middle of everything—you can walk to the best restaurants and bars in Old Towne (or to Pricnce William County Courthouse if you have business there). It's old (it is the Old Towne Inn, after all), and it's nothing fancy. If fancy is what you want, the price tag of this place should automatically tell you you need to look elsewhere. But if a decent, relatively clean place to sleep is what you need, at a great price, then this is where you want to go.

The room was not super fresh, and the walls could use a good scrubbin'.

Excellent downtown location with lots of restaurants, cafes and pubs a short walk from the room. Room well equipped with amenities - fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. It's not a big corporate chain, which is a plus for me.

Old too-soft bouncy box spring bed. Walls don't have a lot of soundproofing - i.e. TV's in adjacent room can be heard. Room phone had a flashing light that I could not figure out how to disable so I unplugged the phone it to keep it from disturbing my sleep.

Location was ideal for our needs.

Some deferred maintenance should be addressed. Bathroom door was coming off the hinges; room door had a small chunk (approximately 1 inch by 1 inch) corner missing on the bottom (large enough to allow rodents and bugs); cords, phone felt sticky as if they had been wiped down--but not recently.

Outstanding location in downtown Manassas, in walking distance from the train station. For the price, everything in the room was clean and in working order. Front desk was very helpful with a late checkout.
