Rooms are very clean and upon arriving it was very quiet and peaceful. Front desk associate was helpful and kind.

Unfortunately Booking.com has an incorrect address for the hotel which led a good 20 minutes out of the area. To say I was frustrated is the least going thru wooded area at night is nerve wrecking.

That booking.com didn't book me 2 rooms or that I had to pay 40 dollars more than what my receipt from booking was. Thankfully they had 2 rooms available and they were next to each other

I liked my room location it was straight across from pool unfortunately pool was out of order it was close to stores with gas and restaurants

The facility wasn’t clear about the property location on booking. Com the address had Conicville rd which caused gps to take me to wrong location coming from out of town it needs to be changed to Conicville Blvd

Booking.com helped with the price, it was a holiday weekend.

The pool was not clean, the kitchenet was missing 1 plate out of the set. But the main complaint is it's July the pool should have been clean.

The kitchen equipment

Noisy.

Staff was very polite and friendly. The refrigerator and microwave were new and of good quality. There was a toaster and coffee make available although we didn't use these. Nice set-up for kitchenette.

Room cleaning was not performed until I asked about it. When I let the front desk know, they ensured a thorough cleaning. There were bugs which crawled in under the broken door sweep and the handyman was off for the weekend so couldn't get fixed. Toilet ran and you had to play with the handle to stop it. Noise from the highway.

I didn't like the fact that I had already paid the reservation online and once I arrived I was charged again, The receptionist was disgusting, the restroom was dirty, spider web on the ceiling.

There was a roach infestation at the facility. It was awful. They crawled everywhere. We smelled something when we first walked in and thought it might be a cleaning product used in the room. Likely it was roach spray which we found in the room later. This kept them out of sight till evening, but then they started coming out and continued through our stay. The refrigerator and microwave were dirty. I cleaned them because I found roaches inside. We stayed the 2 nights because we could not get another reservation instantly. Short of sleeping in our car with temps at or above 100 degrees, we had no choice. This was our first stop on our trip. I did inform management and they were very polite. I'm sure they were aware of the infestation problem because they did offer to change our room after I spent time cleaning this one. However, with the level of infestation we saw, the entire facility very likely had a severe problem. Also, it was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but the next-door neighbor who I think was actually living at the facility, constantly smoked in front of our room in addition to his. The room smelled of smoke the entire time. Pool was closed. Left as soon as we could. Don't waste a dime on this place. It is very poorly maintained.
