The room was clean and close to the front door as requested. Fast check in and great restaurant downstairs. great water pressure. This was close to our event, with easy parking.

Our keys did not work almost every day. We had to take them to the front counter almost every time. We did come back to the room the first day and the beds were not made. We were told they did not make the beds of long-term stay rooms. Wow we were only 3 nights. The Ramada is usually better than that.

The friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating to my situation since I wasn’t actually able to stay due to a very sudden change in plan with a family reunion. They came down with COVID and I couldn’t attend. The hotel did not charge me, and was understanding, even though it was the day of check in for the cancellation.

For the price, I was expecting a basic decent place to stay quickly in my 28 hours road trip. Turned out, the bed was super comfortable, the place was sparkling clean. The desk guy was polite, efficient and even funny. It's a 200$ a night hotel for 100$. Win-win.

Attached restaurant, food was delicious. Comfy beds and pillows. The complimentary breakfast was fabulous. Employees were super friendly A/C worked great and was cool when we got there. I would stay there again.

Location was great, very friendly staff, nice clean bathroom, good breakfast, quiet hotel.

Only three fairly flat pillows for a king bed with two people. Also, the chairs in the room were very soiled, to the point that I did not want to sit on them.

The breakfast was excellent. Hot eggs and sausage links as well as the hot waffle machine, cereal, and the normal hotel fare. The coffee stayed hot and full. The restaurant downstairs provided me with a cold Dos Equis and a nice chat with the bartender.

There was some remodeling underway which didn’t interfere with my stay at all. I think I had to use a different stairwell and door one time. Glad to do it.

It had a room for disabled people. The only thing it needed was a seat in the shower. We had to buy a chair in order not to get my chair wet.

The bed mattress was too hard.

Comfy bed, large quiet room. Nice breakfast.

No change available for guest laundry charges. Had to request 16 quarters in local shops nearby. No detergent available. Why not keep the quarters to re-sell to guests when the coin boxes are emptied.

Spacious rooms. Coffee in room. Very clean.

Requested rooms to be on the first floor since I was traveling with a disabled sister. The property sent me a note saying they could grant my special requests, so I was surprised when I found out we were on the third floor. At least the two rooms were adjacent. The fitness center was not available due to coronavirus but I can understand that. Other than that, a very good stay.

Everything was immaculately clean. Spacious, quiet room. Helpful staff. Great wi-fi and TV. Grateful for the clean and perfectly functioning fridge and microwave. Coffee maker in room. Ample parking. Excellent value for price. Will be back.

Microwave a tad anemic. Took longer than usual to heat items. But not a deal-breaker. I would consider a replacement.
