The staff were incredible and attentive. Every need was met, for an outstanding price. The provided was breakfast was good, and varied as it changed day by day so you didn’t get the same thing twice.

The building is showing its age, however, our room was clean, as was all the linens. They are also actively working on improving the site, so it should not be held against the staff.

I stay here frequently on business trips. It's a great value for the rate. A little outdated but clean. Indoor pool. Decent breakfast. In a nice area of town. It's my regular go to. I think there is a new owner. First time I saw him last week and he was way better than the other guy that used to run it.

It's a little outdated. It's definitely an older location. But it's clean and not skanky. It's a safe location especially in this area.

Friendly staff, and spacious room. Breakfast was very good, hot menu changed daily which was nice. We had our two dogs with us, and there was ample well light space to walk our dogs.

They are a pet friendly hotel, but the pet owners didn't pick up after their pets. Maybe if there was a pet trash can with bags, maybe the grounds would have been cleaner.

The service was exceptional. The breakfast was hot and fresh each day. Housekeeping made sure we always had what we needed. The hotel had a fresh scent and there was no smoking. The bed was actually comfortable.

Though there was a nice fresh scent throughout the hotel, it is in dire need of cleaning, maintenance, and it needs updating.

One of the best continental breakfasts we have ever had. The food was very good, and there was a lot of options. You are able to make your own fresh waffles, bagels, among other things. The staff was VERY FRIENDLY. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. We would absolutely recommend to anyone that this is a good place to stay.

the carpet in the public areas were sad and dirty. scary people in parking lot at arrival and departure. beds and baths were clean but no attention to detail to mirrors windows dusting furniture edges of carpet.

I never got up in time for breakfast. The location is central to everything. Be sure to visit the USS Wisconsin battleship, it's a great value.

The tub was slippery.

Bagged breakfast was premade and you had no choices to pick what you wanted. After arriving,staff informed us that the pool and exercise room was not available.

Walls were rather thin as the noises from ajoining rooms and hallway was very load. Floodlight outside of window was on and lit up room at night.
