The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for two. The room was pretty clean. The kitchenette was a nice feature if we needed it. Internet was adequate.

The staff at the front desk was pretty rude and unaccommodating. There should be a second chair at the table when two are staying. They did not police the smoking as well as we hoped. Water pressure was a little weak. I had to call the 866 number to complain about the front desk. Within 3 minutes of calling, the woman from the desk showed up at the room to fulfill our original request for extra pillows. Everything else after the woman disgruntledly delivered our pillows was perfectly fine.

The rates were cheap, and the location is close to what we needed. The beds were ok not super comfy. The air worked well. It was clean and the staff wasn’t overly friendly but wasn’t disrespectful either.

Not much of a complaint but it would have been nice to have a king size bed option. There were no hair dryers in the room so bring yours from home. The elevator is hot and I prayed it didn’t break down so we took the stairs. I do believe they have several people who reside here and it’s a little noisy at night because of the thin walls. If you are a light sleeper you will most definitely here that but it didn’t last all night just with them passing by your door. Like one night someone was rapping outside the door and the next night a man and woman were having a disagreement. Other than that it wasn’t bad. Also no coffee maker in the room.

air conditioner - desperately needed and cooled well - just runs very noisy. As with other properties, your check in systems (computer) are very slow. Not staff issue.

The location was good. I did not use the kitchen, but the bathroom and bedroom were clean. I especially liked the hard surface floors.

The facility was billed as “non-smoking” but the smell of cigarette smoke wafted in from some sitting on the stairs (outside) smoking. The pillows were very thin and a small rug at the door would have been helpful to keep the floor dry when we walked in from the rain.

Comfortable beds. Quick breakfast!
