I liked that the customer service people helped me when I asked questions and even moved me when it smelled like someone had smoked in my first room. The breakfast was better than I expected and they even offered fruit and oatmeal!

I mostly didn't like the location, but that is not the fault of anyone who works at this place. Over all this was great! Thank you for the stay.

The front desk staff was super nice. However, I was traveling with a friend and we asked that the room be split between our two bank cards. The entire stay was booked on my card though.

There could have been more breakfast choices. The air in our room was "stuffy," but the air conditioner worked well. We had great sleep due to there not being any noisy people on either side of us and we were far enough off of any main road that we heard no road noise at all! Very peaceful sleeping!

Rooms were very clean, and the location was perfect. Checking in, the gentleman at the counter was very nice and helpful.

Wish they had shower soap in the bathrooms and an ironing board/iron in my room so I could iron my work clothes. Thank goodness I brought my own iron.

The people that work there were really friendly the morning good morning shift was very friendly very willing to help was a great motel.

Beautiful super clean the staff was friendly and it was very quiet at night for the kids to sleep I really really enjoyed the stay.

Breakfast was OK the location was great I like the fact that all the rooms are inside vending and ice machines on every floor

The lighting in the room could have been better and there were no charge ports for phones in the room

We loved the location and the price was great. And the staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable and great pillows. Clean towels and sheets.

The room felt a little out dated. The ceiling tiles need to be replaced due to water stains and curtains need to be updated. Bathroom was clean but tub needs to be either reglazed or updated. Other then that it was comfortable for just one night.

The staff was exceptional. Very professional and welcoming. Pet friendly was a major plus.

We spotted roaches. The room had some carpet staining and the bathroom wall had a crack under the mirror that had water coming out of it. The area was molded as well. Also, there was a hiccup with the front desk and booking.com that caused some stress.

The parking was the only issue. And the breakfast grab and go no good. Even before covid the breakfast was horrible Frozen eggo waffles went on the website it shows the waffle maker

Bedroom wasn't too clean and my husband found a cucaracha in the bathroom 😞
