The breakfast was "exceptional". The rooms were EXTRA clean and the entire hotel facility smelled good and was clean. Me and my family will choose this hotel everytime we need a hotel.

Unfortunately we had a rude next door guest who had music blasting at midnight. However, I called down to the front desk and they took care of it immediately!!! Sharissa provided exceptional customer service!!!! She;s a great manager at the hotel.

Nice large room with nice large tv, liked having the draws and closet and the cute small kitchen felt like home, also loved having a normal on the wall thermostat, liked the large included breakfast. Internet was great. It was nice having the option to work out and use a pool. Staff was wonderful.

The bathroom shower had pink and black mold in it. Beds could of been softer and pillows, pool could of been warmer. It would’ve been nice to have normal cable or the apps worked in the tv, had to use my Xbox apps. Also the tv service should of been provided free, if I hadn’t had Netflix then I wouldn’t of had tv to watch for a week, my partner was working as I was just relaxing in hotel for the week.

it was very clean. the room had a full size fridge/freezer. large bathroom. the front desk staff was great 24 hours a day. The bed was very clean and mattress was super comfortable.

Check in took 2 hours but it wasn’t their fault, it was a problem with Booking.com. it finally got resolved. nice pool but for summer and it being an indoor pool it was a sauna in there. it would be nice to have some cool air or fans or something going. Free Breakfast was not very good. No variety. But it’s free, so I guess it is what it is.

The staff there was not able to handle a large crowd. There were periods of time where there were no dishes available or utensils. Maybe investing in paper goods vs waiting for dishes to run in the dishwasher would be beneficial.

The stay was great, however, I went to the front desk and requested more wash clothes from Hallie and we never received them. After 2 hours of waiting, I asked to delete my request because I was checking out at that point. In the future, I will bring my own wash clothes.

The room was much nicer than expected! It had a seperate sitting area and a kitchenette! Very friendly staff as well.

All staff was great and very friendly making the stay extra special.

Somethings didn’t work such as the bathroom door to kitchen area didn’t lock or close all the way. Never reported it because wasn’t a big issue for us. Sink was clogged but someone came to fix that when reported.

Pretty new building and very convenient and clean

The lady who work in June 27, 2022 in the morning was not talk nice to customer. I asked for towels in pool room and I did not know it open 9:00 a.m. so I was little early and she said I have to wait until it open, because hotel have to wash them, but she talk with heavy voice and not nice.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The staff were nice. This hotel is very convenient being only 20 mins from Virginia Beach and way cheaper and nicer than the hotels on the beach. There are good restaurants around. We ate at Feather N Fin, which turned out to be an delicious fish fry and fried chicken place.

I wish the kitchen had a stove top. The kitchen only came with a refrigerator, microwave , sink and coffee maker.

I loved the room. I could live there! Spacious, immaculate, and loaded with amenities.

I needed change for a $10 in order to tip for a food delivery. I went to the front desk and asked the woman for a 5 and 5 ones. She told me that she couldn't do that. I noticed that there were food items for purchase and purchased a soda. Which was fine. At least I got a $5 back as change. She was not at all pleasant about it. The woman there at check in was delightful as was the woman on duty at checkout.

Offered breakfast, but did not provide enough for all guests. We went at different times and well in advance of ending time and there just wasn’t enough food. Breakfast should be extended to 10:30 and provide enough for all guests. The hotel is well aware of how many guests are visiting so should be prepared to accommodate all.
