Location: Within walking distance to restaurants, shops and above all, the Outlet! Ample parking. Nice, new, modern hotel. Soap, lotion and conditioner that was provided was nice. Comfy bed. Free 24 hr coffee and filtered water ( to refill bottles). Nice assortment of items at the store. Nice breakfast selection.

Communication w/ staff prior to my stay left something to be desired. I asked the same question a few different ways, a few different times before my stay and never got an answer. The mask policy in the common area was not always equally enforced.

We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again. Great location. Close to the highway, premium outlets and lots of food options. The room was nice but you can hear ppl walking around above you, not good when they're restless. Breakfast was OK.

Staff were pleasant but need to be more conscious of their conversations and should be close to desk at all times not just to check in folks. I called the front desk twice, no one amswered. We also saw ppl try to get help or purchase items from their market, the staff was out front smoking and on the phone.

Bed and pillows comfy - that's the most important item other than cleanliness, which was good. Reasonable breakfast for the price. Very friendly check-in and free water and popcorn a really nice touch!!! :) LOVE the open pool table!!

A/C and fridge a bit noisy. Pancake machine broken and no subs. Toaster had to run 3 times to toast. No bacon :) Coffee very strong (but that's WAY better than weak!) The soap squeeze bottles were odd, but glad you can save some plastic. Water pressure ok but not great (but realize that saves water). No warning that at early AM we couldn't drive through the outlet mall to get to the airport (we did, but had to physically move gates, which at first I didn't see and could have had a 4am accident).

The room was clean and the hotel itself was very modern.

•The woman at checkout was too busy on her cell phone to help us and spoke so quietly that we couldn't hear her through the plastic barrier. •We missed breakfast because we weren't sure what time it ended. The woman at check in did tell us, but it was quick and right when she was telling us where the elevator was, so we forgot the time. •She asked us if we'd like a beverage at check in, which was great, but it was warm (not refrigerated).

They had my name on the TV when I walked in welcoming me which sounds small but I don't travel much and I've never seen anyone do that. There were plenty of towels stocked up and everything was so clean. The pancake maker was really cool because it was like an oven conveyor belt situation and they had egg chairs. It was a beautiful visit😁

The lighting could have been better, I love to have it bright so I had to turn on all the lamps to get even a little light. I don't think hotels are doing overhead lighting anymore though because it was like that at the last hotel I visited so my personal preference could just be dated.

Breakfast offered a good variety (small pastries and bread options, yogurt, some fruit, hot oatmeal, an option for waffles, a juice dispenser, etc.), and the breakfast/lobby space was uncrowded, with plenty of seating to allow social distancing. I liked that the hotel room's floor was not carpeted, so it was easier to tell how clean it was.

Not really the hotel's fault, but the sewers just outside the property gave off an absolutely awful smell. We only smelled it briefly as we walked the sidewalk between the hotel and its parking lot. We expressly requested two rooms near each other, because we put our sons in the second room, but the rooms ended up being on different floors.

Cute hotel, very comfy bed, nice modern room, and quiet we appreciated very much. Areas of opportunity would be a coffee pot, and microwave in room. I need my coffee before leaving room, and we had a sandwich to heat up but had to go downstairs to do it. Oh, and a pool would be nice since hotel is about 24mins from beaches.

As stated the rooms could use coffee, microwave and hotel needs pool, perhaps one more pool table in lobby, someone always on the table.

I loved everything the cleanliness of the facility was exceptional. I loved the breakfast hot pancakes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fresh coffee, muffins, fruit, yogurts, drinks, and a variety of juices. I walked into my room there was a large flat screen television with a personalized screen saver that welcomed me. I thought that was awesome. I felt safe with security the staff was pleasant, everything was nice I will definitely stay their again.

I wasn’t aware of the 50 dollar damage fee. I didn’t know anything about it. But, I was told that I will receive it back as long as there was no damage to my room.

All the staff we encountered from the front desk to the maids were friendly and helpful. The room was clean with very comfortable beds and a nice walk in shower. Lots and lots of places to plug in and charge up your devices are a big bonus when traveling with family. Everyone was able to charge up at the same time! The hands free pancake making machine was a big hit with the kids at breakfast (you wave your hand and the machine makes a perfect pancake that lands on your plate at the bottom).

The squeeze bottles of shampoo and conditioner weren’t the greatest and we thought it was a little odd that breakfast featured cottage cheese with fruit instead of yogurt. These are very minor items though all things considered.

I like the hotel and staff. The hotel room is new, clean and comfortable. A great value for the cost of the room. I would recommend this hotel and I will stay there again if given The opportunity.

The breakfast scenario was a little different, I didn’t know what to expect. I know it’s all new and you’re still ironing out kinks. Some information given by one of the staff members when I arrived was different than what I was told in the morning.
