The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Our view was awesome and the staff was wonderful. Hotel is walking distance to Browns island, which makes it great if you will be attending an event there.

The only thing I didn't care for were the extra fees above taxes. I wish Hotels would just put the fees into the cost of the room instead of the surprise at the end. They aren't the only ones that do this. If we were on a tight budget this could pose a problem.

I liked comfortable beds, convenient location, cleanness, attentive staff.

I found very inconvenient that a bathroom had only one hook for towels. We were with my husband and nowhere to hang a second towel. I also did not much like a restaurant in the hotel, but there was a lot of restaurants around, so not a big deal.

the lobby is beautiful and updated.

the rooms need some updates, some of the furniture looks old. The mirrors where dirty and the bathroom had some orange dirty marks around the caulking.

We stayed on the pet friendly floor and the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. We had a very nice quality two-nights stay.

It took us over half an hour just to check in and no staff seemed to care about acknowledging the inconvenience and patience all the guests politely demonstrated.

Location! The hotel is so close to many tourist attractions such as the American Civil War Museum, James River Park, and the State Capital. Only 15 minutes walk away from the Richmond Main Street Station. Staff is helpful. I called the front desk several times for sleepers and tooth brush and they delivered the stuff within 15 minutes. The hotel is very clean. The common areas (e.g pool, fitness center, lobby) are well managed.

It would be great if breakfast is included as there aren't many restaurants nearby and most of them closed during the weekend.

The night shift staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress free check in and stay at the hotel. Alana and the other gentleman working with her on the night shift took great care of us and made us feel very comfortable I plan on booking at this hotel when I come back this time next year

Clean, nice property. staff was nice and accommodating. needed bell staff available to assist with luggage throughout the day and evening.

bell staff not available when I arrived at 6:00pm and check in time begins at 4pm.

the shuttle service was great Andrew, Arron, and Andre were great and very helpful and extremely polite and generous.

Location was fabulous. The staff stupendous. Clean as a whistle. Not enough money on hand to make change.

Staff very helpful with special requests, e.g., ensuring delivered flowers were in the room prior to check-in. Clean comfy room. Great location on downtown Richmond- within a half mile or so of many theatres, Shockoe Bottom, Cary Street shops, & good restaurants.

Breakfast not included, not even continental. Maybe this was leftover from Covid changes still in place or not fully back to normal.
