The atmosphere was great. The location was quick to downtown really within walking distance. The view from our room was nice. The rooms were very clean and spacious and the decor was beautiful. the barn door in the bathroom gave me inspiration for our home.

The sink in the bathroom did not drain properly. Since we were there for one night we didn't notice until everyone started brushing their teeth in the morning and washing their faces. At that point, it was too late to call maintenance. Just something to look into. The parking garage was reasonably priced if you didn't leave every time we left it was another fee.

property was upscale. super nice inside and out. room was super clean and comfortable. walking distance to the national theater where we were seeing a show. Starbucks and a restaurant right inside the lobby. staff is amazing and super friendly. the valet service was exceptional. we will most definitely stay there again.

found a pillow in the closet that was meant for the sleeper sofa that had no pillow case and it had old blood stains on it. the air vent in the bathroom did not work.

I was attending a series of meetings at the Greater Richmond Convention Center. The fact that it connects to the hotel through the parking garage made it extremely helpful during an otherwise rainy and windy weekend.

Some elements of the room seemed as if it had not been used since before the pandemic. Even though it was clean, the bathroom fixtures seem to need a bit of care from what you might otherwise expect in a Marriott.

beautiful comfortable lobby with coffee! nice little bar and restaurant. nice location downtown.

we booked a room that showed two large beds but were given one with a large bed and a pull out couch so there was no room left to walk around the room at all. we were so tired when we came in well after midnight that I didn’t address it but it was disappointing. it was difficult for 3 adults in such a small space.

Location is good. It’s in walking distance to all the historic monuments. Beds were comfy.

Breakfast was not possible unless booked in advance which the check-in staff didn’t tell us. Parking was hideously expensive. The lifts were broken and one needed to use the service lifts. While the reception area wows the guests, the rest doesn’t.

convenient to Richmond convention center it had a restaurant and a Starbucks on premises

no parking. Valet attendant stated that there was no more valet parking on property. I asked him what was my options and he said I’m not sure I don’t know. He left me standing there while an employee came to him with an question. We parked across the street in a public parking garage .

The breakfast was good. The room was large and comfortable. The staff particularly the shuttle drivers were warm and friendly. The bartenders were hospitable. Good location with shuttle. Overall a good value for the money.

The front desk could have told us about the shuttle when we walked in. We discovered it halfway through our stay.

The hotel was gorgeous and very big. It was nicely laid out. It was very clean. The staff were so very helpful. Oh my gosh the Starbucks was amazing.

The restaurant had poor food. The hushpuppies were disgusting. They needed better options.

The central location of the hotel being able to get to wherever i needed to in a great timing. The staff was very nice and the entire hotel was clean. Starbucks being right downstairs was defintely a plus

wish they had a pool or juccuzi or something like that

The room was very clean. The bed is do comfortable, I slept in. The bathroom was nice and I love the shower. The lobby was amazing and the staff, especially Mrs. Anna was so friendly. I would definitely stay again.

I didn't enjoy the long walk from the garage to the hotel. I wish there was some kind of cart that was available for luggage.
