When we first arrived, we noticed the air conditioning not working. We were immediately moved to a room a couple doors down. The rooms are very clean, spacious, and well stocked. The beds are very firm which I love. The water pressure is amazing, with plenty of hot water. The free hot breakfast is more than adequate with a different menu daily. The fitness room was pretty expansive and available 24/7. The staff are all well accommodating, and very friendly. Checkin and checkout were a breeze. Property is close to shopping and many restaurants.

The pillows were down filled and not too supportive. One of the elevators was extremely comedically slow.

Great location. Spacious and well-equipped room. LOVED the kitchenette space. The pull out desk/table was also great as it could be used for meals or for an additional work space. The curtain between the bed and "living area", also a huge plus. Shades on the windows are true blackout shades - so if sleeping late is a priority (it is for my husband), they work well! :) Breakfast was delicious and well stocked every morning. Front desk staff all were very helpful and friendly. Overall a great place to stay!

Sadly, the pool/hot tub area was closed 1/2 day on Friday, a lot of the morning on Sunday, and the entire day on Saturday. We picked this hotel because of the indoor pool and spa (water is relaxing for me specifically). So not being able to use either, when the weather was cold outside, was disappointing. Otherwise, we were very satisfied.

Everything was great, room space was above normal, the kitchenette was better than expected especially the apartment sized refrigerator. The hot tub was a bonus

The a/c unit was noisy and you could hear the person above walking around in their unit. The pool area could be better supervised. There were 8 youths pushing, shoving and jumping off chairs into the swimming pool. The door to the parking lot was also propped open. Alerted front desk. Questioning if they were guests. Breakfast cereal was all over the floor from the food area to the elevators.

Location is fantastic, just 2 mintues from the airport and across the street from the mall with several good restaurant choices. Rooms are clean and large, lots of work space and USB outlets, lots of lighting options and the sofa is really comfy! Kitchen is equipped with an almost full size fridge with a freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher so you could pack your own meals if desired. Dishes/utensils were on the low side but I'm sure if you needed more you could ask. The lobby/commom area is bright and spacious, lots of room to spread out and enjoy the free breakfast or also lounge around if you wanted to get out of your room. The laundry room, gym and pool all looked clean, well-appointed and brighly lighted, although we didn't use them. The staff member who checked us in kindly gave us a room right next to the elevator so that my 94-year-old mother wouldn't have to walk far and also advised us where to park to be right next to an entrance by the elevator. The morning / breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The posters in the elevator advertized an extensive breakfast on offer, including fresh waffles with fresh berries but the reality was the usual, basic free hotel food on a limited self-serve buffet, adequate but nothing out of the usual. All in all it was a perfect option for an overnight hotel before an early morning flight, would definitely stay here again.

The shower gel container in the shower was empty and the only option was a small bar of facial soap by the sink.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was relaxing after a long drive. Check in was easy and staff was polite and friendly.

Tables in the breakfast area were dirty. Staff just standing around and not keeping up with the area. A hand full of bag clips and crumbs were piled up in the bagel bin. No sugar at the tea/hot water counter. Food was average. Woken around 5:30am by the trash truck empting the dumpster at the adjacent restaurant.

Coffee was better than most hotels we stay in. I loved that they had a full sized refrigerator and freezer since we had a cooler packed with food with us. I loved that they had receptacles for recyclables as wells as trash. The room was huge. It felt more like being at home.

There were not very many gluten free options at breakfast. My husband has celiac desease. Chex cereal would have done it. I liked the premade omelet but didn't like the Jimmy Dean sausage egg biscuit (ate the sausage from it though). I didn't like the one long table. We ate in our room.

convenient to so many places in Roanoke, easy to find, easy access to the highway. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our room actually had a view of Mill Mountain Park and the Roanoke star.

The only issue we had the entire time we were at the property was on our last night. There was a group of guest sitting on the patio area and they were extremely loud that we heard them all the way up on the fourth floor even with the air conditioning going. We had to call the desk five times before we got somebody to even answer. It still took another half hour to 45 minutes before the crowd was quiet enough that we couldn’t hear them anymore.

This was an amazing stay, the best part was the staff at breakfast, there was a older white lady and black gentleman and man there were super friendly and very very nice. The food was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel stay. Worst part was at 9am a cleaning lady woke up up to clean the room when our check out wasn’t till 11am and we didn’t check in till 2am from our driving all night with a bunch of loud crying kiddos. It woke up the kids and cut out well needed rest short so that really stucks. But I’m planning on coming back to stay on our way back home so besides the cleaning lady this place was absolutely beautiful, very caring ( helped me get a playpen for the baby at check in) and I would say best stay I’ve ever had.

Tell the cleaning people to let people sleep till there check out time.

The room was very cozy. The breakfast was good. The employees were attentive.

There was a disconnect between Booking.com and the hotel. I could not get anyone to answer my messages sent to either Booking.com or the hotel. I had to completely book an extra night separately, and did not get to have my points credited to my account. Other than this, it was pretty much smooth for the stay.

location, clean, nice staff, attentive general manager and breakfast staff, housekeeping staff are sweet

one of the pay-to-use-dryers was out of order the entire time, with as many rooms in the hotel you would think it would be the first thing they would want to fix. the usb outlets in the nightstands don’t work.
